The quality is very nice. It will definitely melt Frosty the Snowman on the higher settings. There are like 20 levels of heat, I use #3 or #4. The pre-heat setting is toasty nice at #6. I have few minor design dislikes. The plug in connector on the mattress pad is on the end of the bed but on the top, not the side. On a few occasions when I slid towards the end of the bed, I woke up when my foot dragged over it. The next time I change the sheets, I’ll rotate the bed 180 degrees. I personally don’t like the controllers. They work but they aren’t user friendly. If I need to change a setting, it’s impossible half asleep. The up/down temperature buttons need to be much bigger, not tiny like the other buttons. I definitely don’t regret making this purchase and price was exactly in my budget. ... show more

Our old blanket had stopped heating up, we replaced it with this one which gets very warm and is very comfortable. After using it for a couple of weeks, my only criticism is that it doesn't heat up in the middle, the heating areas are very much on two sides with a big cold patch in the middle of the bed so it puts you off moving from your side of the bed on cold nights! ... show more

This is a beautiful mattress pad. We love the fact that it works with our smart plugs. With these plugs, I can set the time the mattress turns on and off. We did have a problem with one of the sides not working. I call the company and they had us do a few things to see if it would start working again.
