The media could not be loaded. Update: customer service was prompt and helpful with our ATV issue. We are working with them to resolve. We gifted this to our son yesterday. While putting together we found a defect on a tire attachment we reported to the seller but didn’t see cause for returning the item. He used it for about an hour upon receiving it and loved it. We charged it and he hopped back on this afternoon. After about 10 minutes he took his foot off the pedal to stop but the quad continued to accelerate. I had to chase him down and catch it to prevent it running into our fence. Please see video of my husband demonstrating this extremely dangerous defect. ... show more

We got this for my son for his 3rd birthday. We have 3 acres of yard and have to have 24v for him to be able to get around in it without going super slow. This is perfect and holds charge for a pretty good amount of time!
