This is a convenient portable sauna room. I set up this room in the basement as part of my home gym. I have a treadmill, a stationary bicycle and other weight lifting machines. I think this sauna room would be a huge plus to my workout routine. 1. setting up: It took me about 10 minutes to set up this room and connected the boiling machine. 2. Overall quality: while it's not super heavy duty, all parts are made with decent material. It's light weight, easy to carry, but it's not too light to be easily knocked down by kids. 3. The boiling device: (I am not sure if it's called a boiling device, but it's the machine that cooks the water and produce hot steam. I first set the temperature on level 5 and it was still not warming up after 5minutes. So I changed it to 10 and the device started warming up around 2 minutes. While the tube is hot, it took another few minutes to warm up the whole room. 4. the chair: it looks small, but it's suitable for most adult, probably not big enough for huge overweight people. 5. other designed: I like the two clear windows and the two ways zipper, so that I can open and close the door easily. ... show more

I like to steam in the sauna in winter because it relaxes my body and relieves my stress. However, building a fixed sauna room in my house takes up too much space, and going to the steam room outside is a hassle. This portable sauna room is perfect for me. It’s foldable, easy to set up, and I can use it anywhere in the house. When I don’t need it, I can just fold it and put it in the corner, and it doesn’t take up much space.
