Pool pump does not have enough power for this pool. The tarp that comes with the pool is cheap and tears quite easily. Ladder is a waste of materials. It does hold water and you can swim in it though so there’s that.

    • Love the pool but get a bigger PUMP!
This pool is perfect. The assembly was easy (if not a little time consuming), I did the whole thing by myself except for actually standing the legs up. There are just a couple of things that keep it from a 5 for me - the ladder is rickety.. get something better. The pump isn't quite strong enough. Last year I used the 1600GPH pump that came with the pool and salt water system but it did not meet the needs of the pool. I upgraded to a 2140 (something like that) GPH this year and it's amazing! Love this pool and the sand pump with saltwater system. I do agree with some reviews that the customer service is sorely lacking, I would find info on you tube and forums. Thank you ... show more

    • As good as I was hoping for
Instructions were much better and more thorough than Bestways pool we had last summer. I would however recommend using a whole team (our full family of 4 nearly adults worked for 4 hours to get it all put up.

When it rained nonstop for 30 days, my pool collapsed. It was less than a year old. We had it winterized and covered properly. The metal legs buckled. Intex said I should not have left it out you’re around. Why have winterizing instructions If it’s not supposed to be left out you’re around. The legs should not have buckled like that. Just from rain. Horrible horrible customer service. I have bought several Intex pools via Amazon. Never had any trouble with them. The one time I do, they would not replace or refund.
