I loved these solar lights for the pool so much I just bought 2 more. The remote works fine. I leave it on the changing of colors but you can choose one color. The only drawback is if they don’t get enough sun they don’t stay on long!

I have had these same solar pool floats for a few years and have been happy with them in the past. I needed new ones, so I reordered using the “buy again.” These are MUCH smaller than the ones they used to make and the also stop working after a month or 2 because they fill up with water (and which you cannot remove). They have obviously gone to cheaper methods of manufacturing. I would NOT buy again! It is a damn shame, because the ones they made previously were of excellent quality, never filled with water, and lasted for several pool seasons. ... show more

Was looking for products to light up my pool as I'm to cheap to spend $2K to fix my underwater built in light. Bought a few different things to try. Ended up liking this one and bought an additional one. Will start with my pool is big, 20x40'. What I liked about this product is you basically take it out of the box and set in the water and your set. My pool gets full sun for only 6 hours so wasn't sure how well they would charge. The light comes on at dark and usually is dead by 2-3am but since I'm old only know this when I get up to pee. Guess the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I was looking for something that would light the total pool vs. just under where the fixture was floating. But of the 4 different things I bought this was by far the best. If your pool is bigger like mine would recommend buying at least 2 if not 3 ... show more

We got these in April. Ordered 2 of them. They are usually out of the pool during the day in the sun. In California full charge all day. They light up the pool pretty good and have cool color options on the remote. Fast forward to October and 1 had died and does not turn on anymore. I tried the remote and it only flickers. The other one is still working. Too bad I can’t exchange for a new one. ... show more
