When I first got it, I kind of laughed at how thin it was. However, it actually works great and I tend to think that part of that has to do with its thickness. It doesn’t hold the water in it for a long time and tends to dry off quickly. I used mine to cover up the rough cement pad that I was installing my hot tub on and it definitely made a big difference. It’s not a slip and slide to walk on whenever it’s wet, but it is smooth enough that I was able to slide my hot tub in place before I added the water anyways, I think it’s a great product and I highly recommend it. The cover leaves some to desire, if it rains it fills with water and lands in the tub no matter how tight we tightened the fasteners.
