We bought this item in hopes of it having a smaller mesh than our old net. We have been very impressed with how well the smaller mesh catches all of the small debris from the pool. Mesh is a sturdy material as is the plastic encasement. It attached easily to our existing poll.

We have had many pool nets for dipping debris and leaves out of our pool on top and on the pool bottom. The features of this net are great. It is the best designed bet we have ever owned. The thick plastic tab on the bottom of the net helps the leaves or moss that have been dipped into the net to easily fall out without a lot of shaking and hand removing it from the net. Very useful, lightweight pool bottom scoop. Made of plastic so it is light, but perhaps less durable in the long run. Importantly, the nettIng is very pliable and thus is very easy to empty.
