It was slightly difficult to attach to my Pool Blaster vacuum, which was surprising and slightly disappointing, but it did connect and is secure. My tubs are only 4' deep and 7.5' across so I didn't really need a 12' pole but in its shortest configuration it works great. I like the ridges that make my grip feel more secure and the tensile strength feel stronger. I like that it's 12ft, but after using it a bit, I probably should have gotten a 15ft. So far I think this is a good pole for pool equipment.
