When I received the Spabot, I was a little worried. Honestly, it feels a little cheap and not what I expected for the price tag. After a few rain storms here in So CA, I am very glad I purchased this spa cleaner. It really does a fantastic job! It cleans all areas of my spa except for the upper most step surface. It picks up pretty much everything that ends up in the spa; leaves, twigs, whatever falls of the trees around my house. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend the Spabot. If you do buy the cleaner, note that there's a manufacturer's $50 rebate running for a few months as well. ... show more

    • Huge Regret
Buying this was a huge regret, and I'm horribly frustrated. This worked for maybe an hour the first time I charged it. It seemed to work alright. After that, it would never again charge or function. I purchased a few weeks before I could use it (to be ready when my spa was installed). Now I am outside of my return window, apparently, and cannot seem to locate any sort of helpful product support.     • Drop and go spa cleaner
This little pool bot couldn't be easier to use. Just charge up for a few hours, drop in your spa, and wait 45 minutes or so. When it's done it'll float to the top so you don't have to get wet retrieving it. What a great feature! I don't think there's a pool or spa bot that can get the water completely clean but this unit does a fine job and I can't see any others doing better.     • Great if it were reliable
I loved this Spa vacuum. When it worked it did an awesome job cleaning up the sand and debris from the spa. However, like many of these cordless pool vacuums it will fail to charge after a few uses. I had two of these, the first one failed after maybe a little over month. It just wouldn't charge. Even though it failed so soon, I liked it so much that I was hoping it was a fluke and decided to get another one. The second one didn't last more than two days, failing with the same issue, which was not charging. I recommend getting the extended warranty if you decide to buy one. The way this did such a good job, I wish that Polaris would develop one just like it, but a plug in like their bigger models. Great product, but fails as a cordless option. ... show more

I liked the look and compact. However. Only used twice and it won't charge anymore and the company will not stand behind their product.

    • Works pretty good on the hot tub
I grabbed this to try to get the finer sand out of the hot tub. The larger pool cleaners can’t really do any cleaning in the bottom footwells so this looked like it would do a better job and it does. It does a pretty decent job of getting the lower floor clean, it’s not perfect, it still has a hard time getting all the corners and crevices but of the 4 bots I’ve tried in the hot tub this one does the best job by far. It charges on 3-4 hours and runs about 45 minutes on a full charge. It does what I would call an 85% of a perfect job, which is pretty impressive. I’ve owned a number of these pool bots and everyone of them has a few little annoyances. All in all I’m a lot happier with this one than my previous one as the previous one pretty much just blew fine sand all over the hot tub, this one actually picks it up. So I would recommend it, I’d likely give more like 4.5 stars but there’s no such thing as a 5 star pool bot, but this one comes pretty close. ... show more

    • Never worked
On the first use this unit only worked for about an hour with a full charge. And since that time it gives an error code and will not charge. This was a waste of time and money.
