Purchased this item for our family make your own pizza night. Everyone laughed as we have a big family and thought there would be a lot of wait time. Pies were done in minutes and everyone enjoyed the process. For real, super fast so do not walk away and keep rotating. We read the reviews and spoke with people ahead of time so not one burned pie. Easy assembly and We used the hickory pellets. Put someone in charge of making sure there was always some in the chamber. Totally recommend this item ... show more

It looked promising once i received it and it didn’t take too long to ship but, it was tricky to get it assembled and the materials felt very flimsy and frustrating to assemble, the material and build quality is subpar and the overall design is frustrating to use especially if you have limited space. The real problems came to the actual cooking process where i felt like the heat is distributed unevenly, it’s frustrating to keep track of and because of its up-tight design and size, the cleaning was terrible and the overall end result with cooking left me unsatisfied. i would have posted photos of the process / product but i am in no way shape or form looking forward to cooking with it again at the moment. ... show more
