Installation and setup instructions were so easy to follow and, within a short time, I had the printer cranking out my designs! I would highly recommend this product. I have another DTF printer that only prints sheets. Having the dtf film transfer rolls are definitely more cost effective. Great product. After a couple of months of clipping along (feeling cocky) I screwed something up. I contacted PLK and was connected to Techno-Wizard, Albert, who took control of my computer and fixed all of my goofs.
