I have had my printer for about a year now. I love it now!! I didn’t do my daily maintenance in the beginning so I had a bad start to this process. After doing a ton a research and coming up without the solutions to get it to work again I reached out to Frank. There is a 12 hour time difference, but the team of engineers patiently helped me to figure out what was wrong. I wish I would have contacted them sooner. As far as the machine you get what you pay for. It’s not the top end printer, but it does a really great job. It does take a little long to print a big project (10 min) or so. But again you get what you pay for. I love the quality it prints and I haven’t had any problems with my shirts so far! ... show more

    • POS waste of money!!!!!
I have not been able to use this thing properly not once! when they finally did respond to me, they sent me to skype meetings that nobody ever answered, gave me a number to call that nobody ever answers, they insisted that it was the program not the machine, got a new program ($500+) and have now wasted that money as well! I asked for a full refund a few times with just a run around, they refuse to refund or exchange. Printer won't use white ink the one time I was able to get it to print, print nozzles are now clogged, it shoots the entire roll of paper out, I have to power off printer just to get it to stop and once I power it back on and start feeding all the paper back onto the roll it overtakes what I am trying to do and starts shooting the paper back out. Now there's a new problem the back power button will turn on but not the front power button, making this even more useless than before! I am also pissed that I had asked Amazon to help me with this since day one and all they would do is tell me to message them and that they wouldn't help me get a refund unless the seller didn't contact me back, even though they gave me the run around and refuse to refund or replace this lemon machine! I am tempted to find an attorney about these people especially since I am not the only one having these issues! JUST REPLACE OR REFUND ME!!!! ... show more

    • Great DTF package for beginners
This is not for the faint at heart!!! Everything looks exactly the picture. I bought the bundle with a warranty, oven, and PET Film roll, along with the printer- I've used every bit of it since the time I received it in March. Packaged nicely in a wooden crate- no damages. The software, AcroRip, isn't hard to learn because they send all the how to information on a jump drive. Maintenence tasks and possible errors with the solutions are also included on the jump drive. My favorite part is the support team. They are in China so when I need help, I plan my days accordingly since they're 13hrs ahead. They've helped me through big issues taking 6hrs and replacing parts and small issues that take 30mins. Friendly and helpful. This is the hardest machine I've ever had (you'll need a lot of patience), most expensive, but also the most lucrative to my business. Each print can take anywhere from 10mins to 45mins at high resolution to finish. If I knew what I know now, I would've gotten one that prints much faster(maybe dual head). I also would have gotten the automatic shaker and cooker attachment to go along with it- my next purchase. The time it takes to wait for a print, just to powder and cure it is torture so if you get the attachment you'll be able to mass print, powder, and cure without waiting on doing it manually. ... show more

    • DOES NOT HAVE AN L1800 PRINT HEAD!
Although DTF is a learning curve, this printer makes beautiful prints if you are able to do the proper daily maintenance, which is a lot of work for thoe who aren't printing daily. Now, that being said, I have hit the point that I need to replace the printhead and came to find out the Epson L1800 is a 9-pin printhead and the one I purchased is 13pins and actually has a L800 model printehead. Apparently there are conversion kits to allow L1800 modded printers to change the ribbon from the standard 9 pin L1800 printheads to use the 13 pin L800 printheads because the printheads are cheaper, yet they are selling amd losting this as a L1800 printer still!! I honestly would NOT of bought this product if I knew I wasn't using the L1800 printhead, because here I am trying to replace a part most sellers don't allow refunds for, to buy something else that was sneakily swapped out to save costs and keeps me unoperational even longer than anticipated.
