The media could not be loaded. This was very easy to get assembled to start using..BUT there is a definite learning curve ! We had a difficult time turning our pizza so one side got completely charred with the other side still raw. I think its a learned skill! I should have used cornmeal to help the dough not be so sticky on the stone per the instructions included. There are a lot of videos etc on the internet showing all the items you can cook besides pizza. I do think the dough that didn't burn too much had a definite fire roasted taste which was very good. This folds up conveniently for storage . It's very easy to hook up to propane tank. I think with some practice it will be our go to homemade pizza cooker!!! Seems a bit pricy , but is made very well. It's not very large so you can't make really big pizzas, more like a medium size. It's kind of cool looking with the angled legs . Easy to access when putting in pizza. ... show more

My kids love the pizza, we love the pizza, the neighborhood loves the pizza, everyone loves the pizza that we have made in this thing! Brings a new flare and whole new dynamic to backyard gatherings. It’s very easy to use, it cooks more evenly than our in house oven, you can use homemade or store bought fresh/frozen pizzas, it’s quick, you can cook a standard large pizza or like 3 personal size pizzas. I was really enjoying this pizza oven until the click ignitor stopped working just a week after getting it. The seller was extremely responsive and replaced it quick ly. He gets an A+. My full review is below. Obviously no one actually NEEDS a pizza oven for their back yard. You can make perfectly acceptable pizza in most standard ovens and even more so if you buy a pizza stone. But cooking great ingredients from scratch at 800 degrees or more produces a pizza that will remind you of the very best you have ever tasted. You cannot typically do THAT in a home oven. This oven is designed to be portable (the legs even fold) and can be placed on top of a table or on a solid floor to be used. Very little cleanup is required when you are finished as the oven runs at an extremely high temp and incinerates any debris like spilled cheese or sauce. The pizza stone which sits at the bottom of the oven is easily removable for cleaning and I find it good practice to take it out, brush it with a grill brush and flip it over every couple of uses. This runs off a standard BBQ grill propane tank (hose and regulator are included but tank is not) which is easily available and easily refilled. The oven barely uses any gas at all but it is important to heat it up properly before using (about 15 minutes on high) to get the best results. Dusting the crust with corn flour or wheat flour will prevent the pizza from sticking to the floor of the oven. Also, don't try moving the pizza in the oven until it has had a few seconds to set. The concept is that the temp inside the oven is intense enough to cook a pizza to bubbly crispness in just a few minutes--with practice and courage (you need to be comfortable watching your pizza as it cooks and spinning it to provide even heating) I can cook a fresh pie in about 2 minutes. Cook it for 3 minutes and you will have a small pizza fire. The results are as good as your ingredients--use fresh dough and good cheese and you will have professional quality pies. The format rewards inventiveness--add peppers, sausage, veggies. Make pies with more than one cheese or just sauce and herbs. I wish a pizza peel was included with this--the oven is hot and pizzas are typically a bit bigger than the largest spatula in your kitchen so buying a peel is critical to putting the goods in and taking them out safely. I also wish a cover was included since this is meant to be used outdoors and a decent cover would prolong the expected life. If you leave a review and register the device, the seller will send you a couple of gifts of your choice-- I chose a spare pizza stone and the cover and am waiting to receive them. I really liked everything else about this little oven and the fact that it can easily be an alternative (or adjunct) to BBQ night. It is no more difficult to use than a grill and the results can be outstanding with little effort. ... show more
