This is an awesome pillow. After reading the positive reviews, I picked it up and people were right. I've tried all sorts of pillows but they never worked. They always got flat very quickly and even the other memory foam ones never worked either. But this pillow manages to stay firm and fluffy with my fat head. I can sleep on my side and back very comfortably. It somehow manages to retain its shape through some sorta wizardry. I no longer have neck or shoulder pains as a result which is relief! I also can sleep longer without waking up in the middle of the night like I used to from discomfort with my old pillows.The included pillow cover is also very nice. It's soft and feels good. Good high quality stuff. The only negative is that it had a weird smell after opening it up but the smell has gone away after about a week and a half of use. I'm sure it'll go away completely after I wash it.Overall, I absolutely love this pillow and will recommend it to everyone. This was totally worth the money. I can't say enough good things about it.     • Where has this pillow been all my life??
I was a bit surprised when I opened this product. It was shrunk wrapped very, very, very tightly and actually at first, I thought there was no filling inside of the pillow, so how in the world was this flat pillow going to be what I was looking for. However, once I opened it, the pillow just sprang into form in seconds! It was very full and plump as I was hoping that it would be. It did have a slight chemical smell. I had read that it may and that if I toss it into my dryer on cool with a couple of fabric softener sheets that would eliminate the smell. I did that, and I tossed it for about 30 minutes with the dryer sheets. When I took it out, the scent was completely gone and all that was left was the pleasant scent of the dryer sheets. I decided to try it out, so I took it to my bed and laid on my side as I normally sleep and then I tossed around back and forth and gave it a good workout as I probably would as I was sleeping. I was very happy to see that it held its shape no matter which way I laid on it. There was no need to fold it in half to get that height that I needed to watch TV or read. The zippered cover is very soft. I also like the fact that I have the option of adding or removing any of the filling to adjust to my individual comfort. I am so upset with myself, as I have spent close to $200 and the last two months looking for that perfect pillow that would not give me neck pain and headaches when I woke up in the morning. I actually watered one off of HSN a few weeks ago and it was a total disappointment. I am sending it back this week. But, my rating of this pillow is overall five stars and plus 5 if I could give it additional 5. I have fibromyalgia, so comfort to me is very important, as I'm aware, that all of us look for that great night's sleep that we can look forward to every night.     • Fantastic pillow! Getting a second one!
This pillow is simply amazing! I have put off buying new pillows because there are so many varieties on the market it was hard to know what to choose. I don't like down or feathers (I think I'm mildly allergic; I wake up with snuffy nose and they alway compress too flat). I'm a side sleeper so I need a certain amount of neck support. But now I have to use a CPAP machine which means I'm contending with a face mask and hose, which makes it even more difficult to get into a comfortable position. My two old fiberfill pillows were cranking my head and neck at a bad angle but one alone wasn't enough. Enter the COOP pillow. It has the perfect firmness and adjustability and it "sleeps cool" meaning it doesn't hold heat or cause me to have to flip it over every 30 minutes. I am going to buy a second one I love it so much. ONE CAVEAT: It STINKS when you first take it out of the box. Do what the manufacturer suggests. Let it open up to its full size. Then take off the outer cover and put the whole thing in the dryer with a scented dryer sheet and tumble it for at least a hour, maybe two. The scent WILL dissipate. But it takes a bit of time. If you don't have a dryer, you can put it outside in the sun to dissipate the order. Mine spent a couple of hours in the dryer and the odor disappeared completely. So I would recommend this pillow even with the airing out necessary. ... show more

    • Updated review: Great product, great customer service.
I have had this pillow for over a year. Wife sent it to me while I was overseas. Was happy with it for about six months and then it began loosing fluff and going flat. I posted an updated review here and beegod contacted me immediately and are sending more fluff with advice on how to get it just right. My wife had to repack to send to me originally and I did not see any of the original packing or instructions. I was so impressed with their customer service, I ordered another one and received it today. Great packing, extra stuffing and clear instructions on how to fluff/keep it in shape. They will also send you additional fluff packets (up to 3) as needed over the warranty period. Very happy, nice, quality pillow with no smell. Right size, adjustable to personal comfort. Highly recommend this pillow especially with the customer support provided. ... show more
