These are great! The little holders that come with every box are perfect for holding the broken pieces. Brilliant! Often times I find myself breaking them intentionally because I only need a shorter burn time. Don't waste those pieces.

We set a perimeter around us. 4 or 6 works best. Then no matter the wind direction you are protected and they don’t get near you because of the circle of smoke. It’s such a game changer.

I live in Florida and have awful mosquitoes. I have been buying this brand for 20 plus years. Burn several almost every day on my porches. They vary quite a lot depending on which country manufactures the batch I receive. A year or so ago, I got some that were a different color, a soft lighter green but they still burned 4-5 hours. Then recently received a new batch- back to dark green and skinny. Instead of a pair individually wrapped- all 10 in box are in one big wrapper. Some broken., these don’t burn as long because they are skinny plus don’t have the normal string familiar smell. I’m hoping my next delivery subscription will be from a better location. ... show more

    • Beware! ⚠️ These may or may NOT be functional.
We have used these many times and have been very happy with them but the last two orders we have used were basically garbage. The first ones were very dark green, stayed lit, burned completely, had a pleasant smell and worked very well at chasing away the mosquitoes. The last two were a very pale in color like cardboard, had to be re-lit every few minutes, were much harder and denser material and smelled like firework punks not citronella or anything else for that matter. I don't believe the last ones had whatever is in them to make them functional in the coils, nothing about them were the same as the original coils that hooked us as repeat customers and had us depending on the product. I gave them two chances but there is no savings here if they don't do what they are supposed to do. Sadly we will be moving on to another product. If you buy these and you open them and they are not very deep evergreen in color you just as well return them or toss them in the trash because they won't do anything you are expecting. ... show more

I’ve fought mosquitos all year and these are better than the spartan mosquito repellent, mosquito bits, amd cutter yard spray.

These new, more expensive coils burn very dirty compared to older version. The color of the coil has changed. No longer green. Dirtier looking.
