I bought this fogger for two reasons: to spray organic fungicide (diluted peroxide) and a foliar fertilizer. The company is great, the product is amazing, and the fog is thrown a surprising distance. The AC power is actually a plus to me, because replacement Li-ion batteries are always very expensive, and when they eventually become unavailable, your product becomes landfill material. So I got a small Honda generator to put in the bed of my UTV, and I use a heavy-duty 50' or 100' extension cord to do part of my plantings, then move the UTV and continue. I'm very happy with the purchase and wish all my purchases were of this quality and performance. ... show more

I have used this fogger just 8 times and began having to repair malfunctioning parts after the 4th use. The sprayer hose cracked/split in 6 places; and I had to continually repair the leaks. The cap seal reqd a new gasket after the 6th use. One of the fluid hoses was kinked. And the fluid on/off knob broke internally. Each time I used this sprayer I cleaned it and flushed clean water through the lines exactly as directed. I would have to say that the pump/motor seems really durable and strong, but all other functioning parts failed miserably. I'd strongly urge anybody not waste their money on this product. UPDATE: Petra just read my review and immediately contacted me to help me correct all of the problems with my unit. Nina was the rep that helped me. She felt horrible about the problems I had experienced and offered to replace my unit free of charge. The new replacement unit is actually pretty spectacular; the flow is about 50% better than the first, the seals all work properly, and even the liquid flow switch works perfectly. Perhaps it was just a faulty unit, but the action taken by Nina really impressed me and gave me confidence in their company and products. The only reason for the 4 star (instead of 5 star) is because my original experience had to be taken into account to some extent. I love this fogger! ... show more

I purchased this fogger and have loved it! We use it to combat the outrageous mosquito population in NE Arkansas. It has worked great! After a lot of use, the power switch stopped working. I contacted customer support late one evening and got an email reply from Tin, in customer support. Tin took care of my situation with lighting speed and was incredibly helpful with all of my questions. The upshot is that Tin and Petra have been amazing to work with and my fogger lives another day to wipe out dangerous mosquitoes on our farm. Thanks Petra and Tin! ... show more

    • How fast Customer Service Rep Anna fixed my problem

Bought two units, within about a week of using both they had failures. Have used the units in the past at other facilities w/out these issues. In frustration and almost $600 in equipment that was faulty I called customer service pretty frustrated, I got a CSA named Anna, after a few questions and some pictures I sent she said give me a day to send this up the ladder. Bought mine for mosquito control. The pros use a lawn & leaf backpack blower with a misting nozzle attached to end. I just really didn't want another engine to take care of . Have used for 2 years now & love it. Works as advertised and gets a saturating mist a good 20ft up in trees. It does get hot, but manual says that it will. That's just part of the design. I run it for 15-20 minutes then let it cool for 3-4 minutes. This is not a problem. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good fogger. ... show more

I have purchased over 8 of these foggers and even just opened up 2 new in the boxes and 4 of them have now all had issues with the Fogger Valve and Blue Adjuster Entire Assembly. They are all cleaned and emptied after each use. they are never left in cold or hot weather and they all seemed to lock up or stop working. I have had to spend almost another $100 to fix them. when i called there customer service i end up with a 3rd party compony and all they wanted to do was have me buy another one. I was a massive fan and now there equipment is cheaper and there customer service is a zero. What a disappointment ... show more
