Purchased from Forever Fireplaces after talking to them on the phone since they were new to Amazon. They had the best price, free shipping, no sales tax! Set arrived in 2 boxes and was in perfect shape. My installer was tied up for a month and just installed today. Installation was easy once the gas line was run.We got the expensive remote control that allows us to adjust the flame and well worth it. One piece of advice - be careful bending out the metal on the piece that protects the remote receiver from the heat. It had to be bent quite a bit and I broke the ceramic (was easily glued back together and you don't see it in my installation. Overall we are really pleased with how it looks - be sure to read the install guide, specially on how to add tht "stuff" on the lower burner to get the cool glowing ember look! ... show more

It was pretty simple to install. The flexible line connected easily from the opposite side of the fire box. Instructions were clear. Very warm and gorgeous look. Make sure you have all the tools needed: two adjustable wrenches, leak check, cross tip jewelers screwdriver, drill to mount it to your fire box. Good luck! ... show more

Great gas logs! Look real and love just being able to use the remote control. The picture really doesn't do these logs justice. They're so much better in person. Would definitely purchase these again.

This burner log combo has been great so far. Had some guys run the gas to it and hook it up for me and it was really simple. The seller has been very good about answering my questions too so 6/5 *'s for them. As long as it doesn't have any issues in the short term future, I would recommend.
