I have 22lbs in the vest and it has held up great, its comfortable on the shoulders even with the weight and small enough it doesn't get in the way of your arms moving. It’s a 5.11 knock off for the most part. It’s a solid B grade so far especially for the price $84 vs 5.11 $235. So far so good. I don’t think I wa t to go to war with this carrier but for urban security work it’s fine
