Simply the best and easiest smoker tubes I have ever owned. I have used these several times now with pellets but I'm sure you could use wood chips also. This comes with two tubes, a cleaning brush and a silicone basting brush. When I have used these so far I would fill with my regular smoking pellets and the burn time has usually been between 2.5 and 3 hours. Maybe if I placed them in a different location on the grill grate it may burn longer but I'm not sure about that. They are made of stainless steel and are very well built. I would recommend these to anybody wishing to buy a nice smoker tube. ... show more

I got the nudle with 2 tubes. Overall ok quality but can see these failing with anything more than moderate use. There's no end cap on one side (look at the photos). I wish I had paid attention to that but I occluded the open end with some aluminum foil.

1) Microwave a tube-full’s worth of pellets for one minute on a covered paper plate before lighting, it makes ignition a lot easier when the pellets are lit w/a blowtorch. 2) Toss a tarp over your grill and wrap w/a bungee cord to keep more smoke in. Makes for much heavier smoking. 3) Inexpensive supermarket brand cheddars smoke as well as $$$ cheese, as the smoke is the dominant flavor. 4) Hickory is best w sharp cheddar, applewood, second. That's right. If you have a gas grill, it can become a smoker with this little device. I filled it will hickory pellets and lit them on fire. Prepared my rack of baby back ribs. Turned my gas grill on lowest setting and smoked the ribs for hours with this smoke tube sitting on the inside of the gas grill. The ribs were so so so good. Thanks to this little smoker device.
