Description

The 2-speed shifter with reverse allows them to drive at 21/2 or 5 mph on grass, dirt or hard surfaces. Parents will appreciate the 5 mph speed lockout that prevents beginners from going too fast and the adjustable bucket seats that allows them to use it year after year. 12-Volt rechargeable battery and recharger included. Made in the USA, in our fort Wayne, Indiana factory using domestic and global components.

This is a higher end power wheels. I have had it for a wheel and it has held up to the abuse my kids give it. It has a lot of power. My kids two kids (4 and 8 years old) can roll around without an issues. It is very fast in high gear and can roll on cement and/or grass. My kids are able to do loops around the house without missing a beat. You can limit the car to just he low gear by using a safety block that does not allow the shifter to be put into high gear. The car does not include seatbelts, but they can be purchased separately, which I ended up doing, or you can make your own. The car does not have remote control capability. I must be driven directly. The battery lasts a decent amount of time. My major gripes about the battery is that it does not have a battery level indicator and it also cannot be removed from the car easily for charging. It is designed to charge the battery in the vehicle. There is preventive maintenance that must be taken on the battery when the car will not be used for a while. I apparently do not know what that maintenance is though, as I have purchased a few OEM batteries for this car. As I have mentioned this is a very powerful car. There is a cart that you can purchase for the car that can be towed behind it. The car is pretty solid, has a little weight to it and has a decent size. In other words, it is not very easy to move and takes up a bit of space in your garage. So, keep that in mind when purchasing. I have had an issue with the car’s fog lights staying it. I have to keep putting them back on. It is not hard, just annoying. In the saturated market of power wheels, this is a very decent option. I will admit that it is not the cheapest one, but it is still a viable option. My little’s and I have really enjoyed the car. After getting the unit together it's been a great toy for the kids. Very durable. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the day after I bought the "last one" the third party seller had in stock for $600, I learned the third party doesn't even stock them. And the next day had them on here for a little over $300. So definitely shop around. It arrived a week late because they just have them shipped from the manufacturer. Other than the third party and way over paying the actual unit is a very good unit. Make sure you buy 3 extra batteries if your kids will spend more than an hour at a time on it. The batteries take 12 hours to charge and usually only last about an hour. ... show more

We’ve had a couple different ones of these and my son and his friends absolutely love it. They’re fast, fun, and reliable. The battery last for a good amount of time. The wheels on one of our OLDER ones have started cracking due to being in the sun and driving on pavement for years but you can always get replacement wheels and then good as new! ... show more

My grandchildren love this ride on. They both ride in it and take turns driving. Switched it from the 12 volt batteries to use the 18 volt batteries for power tools. The kids love the faster speed they have and with 2 riding in it. Great item. Highly recommend

    • How much time do you have?
Let me start off by saying the product is great. Nothing has ever made my child happier. They enjoy it so much that I even get a little jealous that I didn't have one. Makes me wonder if my parents even loved me. This toy car would have been a great distraction from all my childhood trauma and maybe would have prevented my opiate problem. The car is a great way to get my kid to leave me alone, so I can watch my shows and binge social media. My only regret is not ordering an extra battery so I could have more peace and quiet. I give this product a one-star review due to the delivery process. The third party shipping company is a nightmare to deal with. If this is a last-minute gift idea, skip it. They give you a fifteen minute window for delivery during business hours on weekdays only. They do not understand people have to work to pay back their student loans, and aren't home during business hours. By the way the student loan deferment is probably the only good thing to come out of covid. It's the only reason I was able to fit this gift into my budget. Anywho, the delivery company finally did an evening delivery after threats of violence and legal action. It arrived almost four weeks late, but just in time for Christmas.     • Solid, well build riding toy for two
As many said in the reviews, the instructions to put the toy together are not very detailed and a diagram was not included. We were missing both front and rear shocks, decals, and the rear fenders. I called customer service and they said they are mailing the parts out. They were very helpful. The parts arrived in 2 days and we were able to get it all together. it is a little smaller than i expected with the 130 pound weight limit. That was a little disappointing. the missing parts were really disappointing since it was a birthday gift. don't wait till the night before to put it together :) In the end the kids love it and we did purchase the suggested speed charger and that i would highly recoomend. ... show more
