I have wide feet that need arch support and finding insoles is not hard but finding the right insole that can fit boots without compromising much on the space inside the boot was almost impossible! I tried two other insoles and nope, I also have a high instep all had made my foot not fit inside the boot BUT these insoles are winners!! I bought a pair of Blundstones and had bought them about a size large because I was thinking of the space needed for the insoles and my big foot. These insoles fit the bed of the blundstones like they were made for them, no trimming needed, did not affect the instep nor the toe box and I still have room left over for a thick sock if I wanted. Packaging and materials seem good, though the product itself is quite flat and low-profile. Arch support is not adequate for someone with high arches. I wear a US15/EU50 and the arch's apex is not far enough forward to provide any benefit even if it's truly heat-moldable.

These insoles are truly a supportive pair of plantar fasciitis insoles ! For me the design had to have the right amount of arch support but then not be so noticeable as to disrupt being able to enjoy them...I felt for me these were able to distribute pressure more evenly and stabilise my foot bones within the arch and also take away my heel pain. I had less tension, stress and pain while walking on my vacation ....I will not say they took 100% of the pain away but I was able to walk miles each day with these insoles which is a plus for me. I have a stack of store bought insoles in my drawer none of which worked as well as these have.....I don't know how long they will last I will write another review if they don't last long... I'm writing this review 2 weeks after receiving these and wearing them..They are so worth trying if you have heel and arch pain. ... show more
