I can't say enough good about this product! It has actually changed my life! Btw, it TASTES GREAT!!!! I suffer with Graves disease, high blood pressure, and a number of other illnesses and was losing hope...quickly!! I had started losing my hair quickly and in mass amounts because of Graves disease and PCOS. I had quite a number of other side effects as well. Of course I was put on thyroid meds but they were no help with the problems I was having, especially the hair loss. I was researching things that prayerfully would help. I stumbled on this liquid vitamin while googling. After reading as much as I could I decided to order via Amazon because I wanted it ASAP. I am soo glad I did!! I started taking it on May 5th and in less than 2 months of faithfully taking it myy hair loss is barely a quarter of what it was!! I have an energy that I can't even explain! It isn't a burst of energy but a consistent all day amazing energy! My brain fog is gone and I feel amazing compared to how I had been feeling for about a year and a half or so. I praise God for helping me find this product...literally!!! I know a lot of people complain about the cost but I believe it's worth every penny! You can't even consume the amount of food on a daily basis that it would take to replace all of the vitamins, minerals, etc in this product. If you could consume them the cost would be astronomically more! And let's be honest, doctors visits and prescriptions cost far more than taking care of yourself and taking a quality supplement such as this. Besides, your health and you as a person are worth far more than money this costs! I can't thank the creator of this supplement enough and I NEVER want to be without it again!! I even purchased my stepfather, who was diagnosed with end stage prostate cancer a bottle justt before he started 2 types of chemo. We believe it has made a huge difference for him as well. This is like a slightly chalky orange juice. Bought for my elderly mom who is truly has a picky palate. She likes it. I dilute in about 1/2 oz of water and it easy to swallow. I have been taking a multivitamin like everyone else for a long time (pill form). I see my urine is always bright yellow about an hour afterwards which means is working right? I was starting to feel sluggish as I am just entering menopause, my nails were crappy hair crappy mind crappy basically all crappy. I started to research some different vitamins and ran across this liquid vitamin. I asked Dr Google about liquid vs pill form and he said your body absorbs liquid better and faster. So I said lets try. I can honestly say I notice a big difference from the liquid vitamins. I feel more normal, not that I have a super amount of energy but I just feel balanced. I for sure notice when I miss a morning. I feel more sleepy. I have been on 2 months prior to this review and 2 weeks ago went for my yearly exam and my bloodwork was perfect. Now lets get down to the taste, it is obviously not delicious but it is not gag worthy either. I normally add my serving to a little water and it taste similar to orange tang. I also take liquid glucosamine and sometimes mix them together with water and taste like a strong juice. I actually enjoy the mix. If you dont like taking pills or feel pills just dont work for you I would try this for an entire month, then stop taking it and see how you feel. Also the liquid glucosamine is the bomb for arthritis pain. It is made by Nature's Way® Joint Movement Glucosamine Extra Strength, Sams Club has it for less then I can find. This liquid vitamin is loaded with all the vitamins you need. Took me a week or two to get used to the taste. Not horrible but I needed a minute. My energy is pretty good and my recent blood work came back great. It must be refrigerated. Liquid gets in your system promptly vs the body breaking down the pill supplements so I’ll stick with this going forward. ... show more
