The first time this was delivered to me, FedEx gave me an empty cardboard tube. (FedEx's fault.) I rejected the delivery and reached out to the seller, who was great with customer service and promptly kept in touch with me until the replacement was delivered and offered 10% off for the trouble. Unfortunately, the end of the sleeve was quite bent. I had already expected the bar over a week earlier and didn't want to go through another wait returning the bar to get one not bent. I'm beginning in weight lifting and won't be stacking a ridiculous amount of weight on it, I was just too eager to get started to go through another wait. The shape of the sleeve is still uniform so I don't think it's affected the integrity of the bar so much, I also think I should be able to still get the spring clamps off the end of the sleeve if I wanted to take it apart. So fingers crossed, but I think it's only going to be a cosmetic issue. I'll update the review if anything goes wrong. Other than all that though, the bar looks and feels real nice, is the right weight and spins smoothly. ... show more
