I am not able to get these cones to stay lit. I called Paines and he told me to keep the top of cone in the flame for a while till the whole top is red. Tried it, didn’t work. I’m keeping them to put in my daughters fire pit, hoping I will get the scent I remember from earlier christmases

Incense,when lit,goes out within a minute or two. Won’t burn long enough,very disappointed. Also it’s difficult to light it with the stand in the cabin. If the incense were a cone shape,would fit better.

This is just like the one I bought years ago and misplaced somewhere. It came with the stick incense opposed to the cone shapes, but I had no problem keeping it lit. It also smells quite strong. For me that's a good thing. I also had no problems with the tape or logo sticker leaving marks on the wood (as I read in other reviews) I ordered this on Dec 16 and fully thinking I was ordering for next year since the expected delivery date was after Christmas. Quite surprisingly it arrived Dec. 20. Needless to say I'm a happy camper. ... show more
