  • Convenience in a packet that works!
I purchased the Pac-Kit Burn Gel packets to refill multiple first aid kits when I discovered my other packets were expired. Unfortunately, we had a young lady burn her hand on hot radiator steam last weekend and had to utilize one of the packets. She said they worked awesome! Up until I gave her the burn gel, she had been icing her hand but was still in a lot of pain. The burn gel eased the pain and she said she was glad she tried it (she tried turning me down - teenager and all - and then I encouraged her to use it by telling her I wanted to review it anyway. So, I haven't personally needed the burn gel, but it clearly assisted this young lady. I can't remember the expiration date and forgot to take a pic, but it was at least one full year, possibly two before expiration. The box fits perfect in our first aid kit, but since I shared with 3 other kits, I removed the packets from the box and put in a ziplock baggie instead. I'm very happy with the Pac-Kit Burn Gel for both value and performance. ... show more

  • Great for Scout 1st Aid Kits
We had to make large first aid kits for our 9-day wilderness canoe trip. This product a great addition to our first aid kits. Hopefully we never need it, but it is a great travel size and single serving amount. This will be easy to replace in time when the product expires.

  • Small box of six packets expires in two years
I ordered these to add to my first aid kit in early January 2016, and the expiration date is January 2018. That's long enough to suit me! As advertised, each packet contains 2% Lidocaine HCl. Edited to add: I have only used one of these so far, and I am as pleased with the quality as with any other brand I've used. This was a good buy for me, and I will buy again someday as needed. ... show more

  • For First Aid kit
I purchased these to add to my first Aid Kit .I haven't had to put them to use as of yet but I can say they arrived as advertised. These are a pack of six.Active ingredients are Lidocaine HCI (2%) and used for relief of minor burns. The inactive ingredients are stated .Aloe Vera Carbomer ll ,menthol, propylene glycol, purified water, triethanolamine,Vitamin E acetate.Just in case anyone was wondering. Also mine has an EXP of 8/17 which should be found on the bottom of box.Hopefully I won't need to use these but always good to have on hand just in case.I only gave 4 stars because I haven't had to use these as of now so I can't honestly say how well they will work. ... show more

  • Handy for a First Aid Kit or for burning yourself while grilling cheese sandwiches
I bought these for a First Aid Kit in an office with a dental laboratory. In a laboratory, there are many things with which one may burn oneself on any given day. Last Wednesday, I did it nobly. After yelling the appropriate words of shock, one of my co-workers gave me her "prescription" burn cream for my screaming finger. Gratefully I swabbed it on. It didn't help much. After she left to go home, I took one of these Burn Gel Packets and the screaming subsided rather quickly. There is plenty in a packet for a small burn and so I kept using it all week, most particularly for when I made the mistake of using my burned finger to flip a hot grilled cheese sandwich on the pan. The gel is fast acting, takes out the pain, and soothes the feverish skin. My finger likes it very much and thinks everyone should have some handy. ... show more

  • Short Expiration Date
I'm sure the product is fine but the boxes I receive have an expiration date just 6 months from now.
