This strain utterly destroys protein, worth every penny. If you actually look into this brand you’ll see why. Check out an interview with the owners and you’ll be sold, not to mention their video of 5 caps in water(I think) dissolve a price of beef steak. Too cool. Try it, if you don’t like give it to someone skinny like me lol. Edit: purchased many times now and still awesome. Been a bit since I’ve bought and still feel the benefits. One thing I noticed, I used to burp a lot especially after eating. This pretty much cleared that up and I tested this theory in a not official way, just something neat. I feel like my stomach is now incinerates all things especially after alternating with other probiotics, one being just thrive, another l Rhuteri. I think this alternating combo got my gut back to pre damage era and maybe stronger and I’m now a more resilient type of skinny lmao the good kind, but still could use a few pounds but I literally can’t fit that much food in me, which is why I think this product helped so much. I use this probiotic somewhat non-conventionally, I noticed when taking it the inflammation in my joints rapidly reduced, so I now take it for this reason after initially becoming interested for digestive health.

Longstanding gut issues are almost totally eliminated when I begin taking this. This product takes me from burning man attendee to office cubicle worker in regularity. Update: I only had trouble with what I call the philosophy because of one sentence that seemed to say, 'look around at other people and be optimized.' Got to their site by searching 'plantarum' since the NOW probios I succeed with have one brand that doesn't have it but is excellent for motility, the GI 50 +. I wanted the plantarum because it digests protein, and this site intrigued me though my philosophy of life does not seem to be theirs. FOS wasn't a deal breaker but came within a hair of that. Researched FOS and learned there are respectable pov's connected w/ it in probios that put it in a positive or at least more positive than negative light.. BUT.... after the bottle arrived... by that time... had already concluded, do NOT want to pay for an entire team with which I do not really resonate: except the actual individual who helped me when I had q's before purchasing.
