I purchased this printer, and over the last six months, I have been unable to get it to work. The manufacturer told me to clean it, replace a part, and reinstall the software. I have spent hours, and it never worked. Now it’s too late to return, and the manufacturer won’t make an exception. They tell you not to contact Amazon. It says to take the security off your computer to download the program. It worked for a few weeks now banging won’t work. Horrible purchase still paying on it.
