The negative is it was challenging to put together. My number one tip would be to lightly screw in the pieces until everything is connected. Hard to keep square until the tank holder is in place. That being said we did assemble and use it the same day. Gives the ambiance we were looking for.

Missing parts - no knob for the door, bent parts - all side pieces were warped, instructions don't match what you get - the welded parts that the legs attach to are welded in a different direction from the instructions. You will have to add washers or something in order to attach the legs as they wobble terribly. Another customer commented that she assembled it alone in 45 minutes - she is a either a magician or received a lucky box that was actually quality checked! Once finally assembled (with a great deal of extra work and two people) it functions as expected and is very pretty. Simply major frustration getting to that point. UPDATE 12/11/2023: My review stands as written but updating to say that the company reached out to address the issues. Bought for my son as gift. Then he tells me he'd rather have wood burning rather than propane. No free returns, it weighed 200 lbs I guess. Cost to return exceeds value of item 🙁
