The media could not be loaded. After searching and reviewing (even purchasing and returning a few) “quality chairs” on Amazon I found this chair and took the gamble. Excellent choice it was! Quality furniture! Sturdy, stylish, and most of all; comfortable! The caster wheels could better but I move about my linoleum floors with ease and am 6’5” 250lbs. Assembly was quick and easy. Just a suggestion: thread the back part just enough for them to grab before beginning to tighten screws/bolts on the base and armrests. Much easier for installing the back. Get this chair!!!! Update: i’ve been using the chair for about a month now, and the seating is already losing padding or cushioning. Everything else is still holding up just fine ... show more

This chair is SO Comfortable, it's everything I wanted! A high back, comfortable padding all over, a very comfortable seat which has springs in it vs. foam that flattens and it feels great on my back (lumbar support); this chair is incredible! The tilt arms ensures I can tuck it in under the desk. Adjusting the height is a breeze (I haven't tried the tilt option just yet). I'm super happy with this chair (and I'm so glad I bought a drill (my first time using one, ever) which made assembly a cinch! I would actually recommend using a drill, 100%!) I have a bad hip & my son brought me out his office chair to sit on during a family event. I was so impressed with it that I bought one of my own when I could. This chair is beautifully made. It doesn't look cheap at all. The materials feel like quality & it's all nice & cushy. When you sit down, you're like, "oh, this is nice!" After getting my own & sitting back in it for a few hrs, I realized that the chair is a bit too big for me. I'm a tiny woman & bought the regular sized chair. The back rest is for someone taller than me, which is gonna be great for most people. My son is about 6' tall and it's very comfortable for him. For me, it gave me a backache because I sunk too far into the back of the chair -- so I bought a nice cushion for the back of the chair & it's a lot more comfortable for my size now. My feet still don't quite touch the floor, even tho the seat is down all the way. Another issue with the chair being a little too big for me is that I have to push really hard to rock the chair back & I can't keep it back. Again, this is a problem that a bigger person will not have. #LittleBirdLadyProblems 😂 If you're regular height, this chair will be a terrific choice for you. I'm about 5'2" for reference, so if you're in the neighborhood of my size, you probably want to look for a smaller chair for the above reasons & you don't want your feet swinging like kindergartener lol. I use a little bench under my desk to put my feet on. That said, I have no regrets buying this chair. It's really nice. And obviously, I got to sit in it before I ever bought it and liked it enough to spend this amount of money on it :) ... show more

I love the size of this chair, I love the feel of this chair, I love that it will go up and down and it is a swivel chair. It's in a home office so there isn't really much chance for it to get dirty so I don't know anything about how well it cleans up but I don't see why it wouldn't just wipe off. I recently transitioned to working from home full time and needed a good chair for my home office. I didn't realize there were so many options and various price points to contend with. It seemed like I did research for days and never felt like I found something that didn't have numerous issues or wasn't outrageously priced. In the end, it seemed like I just had to take a chance on something and this what I ended up going with. It's been about 3 months since purchase, so I've had some time to get to know my new chair. I am happy to say that this is one of the best chairs I have ever used and am very happy with the purchase. The assembly was easy, the quality is great, and comfort is spot on. Do not buy this item!!! The seller falsely advertises this chair as ergonomic and are horrible for return! I purchased this chair because it says it is ergonomic and I need that because of back issues. When it arrived, I assembled it and it did not provide ergonomic support and the seat slopes forward and down and make you feel like you are falling out of the chair while seated. All instructions were followed properly for assembly. I immediately asked for a return and was sent a return label that stated I was responsible for shipping for $40. I contacted the seller and told them about how the item was once assembled and how I felt it was false advertising, that I would not pay to ship back a faulty item. The seller then responded to me that not only did they expect me to pay for the $40 shipping to retun, but also they want to charge me 15% of the item upon return because it was opened. The additional complication is that during assembly, the last step for assembly is to put four plastic covers over the areas the screws are exposed around the armrest were it connects to the back and seat of chair. You cannot remove the plastic covers wothout damaging the chair. Additionally, how would I as the customer have known it was a sub-standsrd chair until I assembled it?!!! This seller should not be allowed to sell on Amazon. I am currently discussing this matter with Amazon since these terms are ridiculous. ... show more
