First of all, some of the reviews say the top part leaks. I had no such issues with any of the bottles I bought. I think there is a chance that they would be an issue if your hose threads were messed up. Otherwise, this thing has a rubber gasket. Ok, how does it work? Pretty good. I had a massive infestation in my yard of grasshoppers. I sprayed the entire yard with this stuff. It took a bottle and a half to cover all the grass and plants in my yard. After it dried (which took about a day) I noticed a large reduction in the population of grasshoppers, spiders, grass flies, and box elder bugs. Did it kill all of them? Nope. But, after about a week no more grasshoppers. The bugs that survived this the best were box elder bugs. Some of them died but a lot lived on. Bees were okay with it. We have a lot of plants that attract bees (and paper wasps), and they didn't have any issue with this. I have found 2-3 dead bees around my yard. But, it's fall and that probably explains that. I will apply another coat in the spring for sure. ... show more

I really don’t like using chemicals on my garden and lawn, but we were overwhelmed with grasshoppers this year that were eating all my vegetable plants, peach trees, and decorative plants. I followed the directions and sprayed all of these plants. I also sprayed my lawn to deal with chiggers, scorpions, and other pests. The spray helped deal with all of these pests, and the sprayer worked well. It was easy to hook up to the hose and sprayed without leaking. This product was a massive letdown. I sprayed it all over my yard, following the instructions to the letter, and guess what? The bugs acted like it was a pool party. Mosquitoes? Still buzzing like it’s their private concert. Ants? Built a whole new colony. Even the spiders seemed unfazed and busier than ever. On top of that, the spray nozzle felt cheap and kept clogging, making it a pain to use. I was hoping for a bug-free yard but ended up with a yard that’s still insect central.
