We did not open the shipping boxes nor did we make any attempt to assemble this trampoline. My mother bought this for my sons.. I'm a renter and there is plenty of land for a trampoline. HOWEVER, the landlord says, NO! It's a liability. I'm bumbed

My son loves his new trampoline! We got the 14 ft., it comes in 3 boxes and was pretty simple to put together. The boxes were all delivered about a day apart from each other. When I thought I was missing the 3rd box, Brandline was quick to respond to the message to provide all 3 tracking numbers. Amazon is only able to provide 1 tracking number, so I suggest future orders contact Brandline for other tracking numbers once they place the order and it has shipped. ... show more

This trampoline is just a hazard. It is made of cheap metal and the poles bent , revealing chards of metal. The company will not return emails and has no customer service number.
