It said medium firm. I think it's slightly on the soft side. Medium firm, I think should hold it shape a bit and not depressed as much your head is on its. It does bounce back to it shape quick. Overall it is well made and soft.

Several reviews for this product indicated the pillows were firm however, that has not been my experience thus far. They are in between a down pillow and a very firm pillow, so I would say they are medium, having said that, I like them so far.

I wish I’d read the reviews. I bought these to replace my old, squished pillows. These are just a squished. No support at all. I ended up just laying them on top of my old pillows for additional support, but it’s not ideal

I have no idea how to actually rate pillows- they are so specific to the user. Nonetheless, I will try :) I would say these are medium firmness and have held up as the day they were purchased a few months ago. Ok as for cooling, how about I say they don't get warm and make me sweat. I mean a pillow is always cool if you flip it. They are a good quality and comfortable for me. ... show more
