    • Noticably Useful - Great addition if used alongside good daily habbits

I am by default suspicious of supplements but was encouraged by some of the research around ONNIT products. I will say that after 1 month of trying this, I am seeing noticeable improvements in my energy and ability to focus. A specific example is when I go for a run. I am able to sustain a faster pace for a longer amount of time. I am not a beginner runner, so the performance increase is noticeable. I have also noticed that I am able to more effectively manage my focus and my mood throughout the day. My mood is generally uplifted now that I've been taking this for a few weeks. To be fair, this isn't a miracle cure for anything. To be productive you need to do things like get a good night's sleep, effective time management, and overall healthy habits. I would argue that if you are taking the Total Human Supplements you are also in a position to carefully track the other stuff. If you go into this with those expectations, I think you will get a lot out of using these supplements. The morning and evening packets are very convenient. I have no issues taking pills so the pill count isn't an issue. There is no bad taste in any of them and they are easy to swallow. Don't go into this thinking you will become superhuman overnight.     • It’s good, could be better.

I’ve been a daily consumer of many different types of vitamins and used various nootropics for a while. I was intrigued by the product from a cost-save perspective since it Includes a lot of core nutrition I aim to supplement. I’ve been using the product for a week now, and I’m not sure if I can say this is worth the cost. The day pack gets you kicked off strong, but my energy levels tend to drop 6hrs in the day. I felt longer and sustainable levels of energy with my personal supplement stack I put together. With that being said, I am a fan of the night pack. You get much better sleep and wake feeling more rested than typical. As a product, I’d consider just buying the night pack standalone. I was previously using a multivitamin from Costco. I was feeling really burned out and just depleted physically and mentally. Then I started taking ONNIT Total Human and I really noticed the impact. The first noticeable impact was my hair became thicker and nails became smooth and strong again. I have been using this daily for over a year and I just feel better and that the vitamin is actually working. The only real drawback is the price and packaging.
