At first I thought I didn't see a huge difference, I kind of felt the energy, the better sleep, better moods, but then I forgot it for a week, and that is when I sincerely saw and felt the difference. I felt slower, my cognitive thinking was like a browser stuck on the thinking circle waiting for all the pages to load in my brain.     • Mental/Workout/Stress Assist
I went into these assuming snake-oil (placebo effect), one of my friends gave me some to try out. I didn't expect results, so I was impressed. These are supplements so getting a 15% boost is GREAT! Be realistic with your expectations and you'll be impressed too. The mental boost, workout boost, and anti-stress made a difference. (For reference, I'm 31, average focus wise, a grumpy gym goer (don't 'enjoy' it, mostly just to lose weight get healthier), and I'd say higher than average stress wise). I've got a solid immune system and recently got on a CPAP for sleep so I'm not a great metric for the immunity or sleep portions (haven't gotten sick and still sleep good). I was doing multivitamins (keeps my migraines away), I take those around Lunch now that way I have a gap between everything so things get absorbed properly. It'd be a good idea to avoid overlapping these (give it an hour or two), with other medications/vitamins/supplements to ensure nothing is conflicting or just getting nullified. Price-wise, I did check to see if I could just get the parts I wanted (didn't really need the immunity/sleep boosters), and it was still cheaper to just get the full mixed set. It seems 'high' until you start doing some comparisons ($4-5 a day), what's an energy drink or two cost? What's a pack of cigarettes/can of dip cost? (It's not intended for quitting, but it might be the extra kick needed). An overpriced cup of coffee from Starbucks? You'll likely higher short-lived boost from caffine/sugar/tobacco, but that's going to be followed by a downer between usage whereas the supplement is going to be more consistent throughout the day/night and assist additional categories. (Plus excess caffine/sugar and tobacco can have other negative effects on your health). To sum it all up, I'd say it's worth it. No, it's not going to fix your problems for you, but it will give you a solid assist. It's like a ratcheting screwdriver with a magnetic bit, makes the solution easier. ... show more
