I have been taking Mary Ruth’s liquid women’s multivitamin for a year now and love it. I believe it is the best women’s multivitamin on the market. I have tried other clean ingredients and natural vitamins but they either taste awful or are huge pills. Mary Ruth’s liquid multivitamin has a good taste, is easy to take and I look forward to my daily vitamins. I will never take anything else again.     • Long but honest review of my process

I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there. Seems to be good for hair as I saw little hairs growing …but for the price I expected more than a month supply. Didn’t notice anything related to energy during the day. Just normal. I also purchased the night liquid multivitamin from the same brand and I am not sure I noticed a difference in my sleep or anything. I may buy the morning one (for hair) again but not sure about the night one. Taste is ok for both. Just unnecessarily way too sweet which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. Overall, the weighted average of effectiveness, excessive sweetness and price point do not encourage me to recommend it to others or keep buying. 2 weeks in. Will finish the bottle and update this review if I notice a more noticeable difference. I have maybe written a review on ONE product once before so you know this product is worthy of the five stars! I learned about it on TikTok and gave it a try. I can take it on an empty stomach which I am unable to do with any other multivitamins. Also, the flavor is tolerable. I had my acrylic soaked off today and my tech said my nails were “super strong.” I’m in love with my real nails. My hair’s retention is doing great! My hair isn’t splitting as much nor is it as fragile as it was. Last, but NOT least, my edges are growing in! Get it! I’ve put my family and friends on to it! My girlfriend’s friend recommended her to get this item to help with thinning of the hair. The peach mango flavor didn’t taste good at first but overtime one will get use to it. Follow the instruction placing it in the fridge when open, it taste better when cold. It comes in a nice bottle. Since she only started, no result of thickening or growing of the hair, so it could take about 2 or 3 months for it to show. ... show more
