Prior to purchase I (too) read a ton of reviews. At first I was very hesitate in purchasing; I was worried I’d fallen for another influencer dupe to purchase something that doesn’t really help my specific needs. I decided to take the plunge and try after all; the reviews were amazing and I was hopeful. I’m thrilled I took the plunge! This stuff is life changing! I’ve always battled sensitivity to products (stomach backlash) and have battled thin hair my whole life so I started lightly once I received this in the mail. The bottle is much bigger than I had anticipated and the taste was surprisingly good. The flavor is mango and does not leave a weird after taste. The dosage stated I could take up to 2 tablespoons a day. Because of my sensitive stomach, I started with just a teaspoon every other day. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to have revenge tummy (honestly was afraid of reverse GI issues). After a week, I bumped up to one tablespoon every other day and then the following week, one tablespoon a day. I’m now taking this daily and following the two tablespoon dosage recommendations. I have not had any stomach issues and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my hair! My hair feels fuller, has begun growing back following terrible postpartum hair loss (I’m talking 4 years trying to recover the loss) and has a beautiful shine to it. I would highly recommend this for anyone who also battles thin, fine hair, especially those who battle hair loss. My hair stylist who has been cutting and coloring my hair for a decade has even commented on the difference my hair quality has been. I don’t have enough room to state how incredible this product is and I hope you take the plunge too. Just finished my first bottle, tastes good, no issues. I bought this for hair growth primarily I haven’t noticed a huge change in 30 days but have seen some new growth here a there. This product tastes good but makes me nauseous about 3-4hours after taking it. I now take 1 tablespoon daily instead of 2 tablespoons and it helps. I keep taking it because I have noticed a difference in my hair. It feels much stronger and is so much more shiny. I have only taken it for 1 month and notice a huge difference. I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there.
