Definitely works. My hair has thinned with age as I’m in my late 30’s now and have trouble growing it out. My grow out since my highlights was 10 fold compared to the time it usually takes and I have baby hairs growing in now! Don’t skip a day and keep at it. I’ve taken this now for 2.5 months. Love the taste and easy to swallow. It is still a little pricey but seems worth it. The ingredients are high quality and I love that they use methylated versions of their vitamins. No stomach upset and I feel good after taking it on an empty stomach. It has 8 carbs but no sugar and uses noni fruit extract instead. Haven’t noticed any changes to sleep as this is a morning supplement in my opinion. 10/10 recommend. If it doesn’t work for you, you’re at least getting some high quality nutrition. ... show more

Seems to be good for hair as I saw little hairs growing …but for the price I expected more than a month supply. Didn’t notice anything related to energy during the day. Just normal. I also purchased the night liquid multivitamin from the same brand and I am not sure I noticed a difference in my sleep or anything. I may buy the morning one (for hair) again but not sure about the night one. Taste is ok for both. Just unnecessarily way too sweet which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. Overall, the weighted average of effectiveness, excessive sweetness and price point do not encourage me to recommend it to others or keep buying. 2 weeks in. Will finish the bottle and update this review if I notice a more noticeable difference. I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there. I’ve been taking this vitamin for a few weeks, despite what others say the taste is completely fine tastes just like mangos the texture is just on the thicker side no complaints in that regard. I really wanted to love this due to the number of postive reviews and success other people have had with it. It affected my body rather poorly it make me severely nauseas with bloating/stomach pains that have lasted the whole time I’ve taken this. It made me physically shaky and gave me rashes along with dizziness. I do have a gluten sensitivity and it spiked my heart rate as if I had been glutened everytime after taking it and lasted the rest of the day. I do recommend you try this if you are looking for a good hair grow supplement, just be mindful that it may affect you negatively/make you sick like it made me. ... show more
