It's a great multi vitamin that is easy to swallow and definitely seems to cover all the bases for what I need. The only slight downside is the flavor. As a young adult (28), figured I needed to start looking out for my health a little more. I didn’t want to have a bunch of different supplements. This has it all in one. I‘ve been taking this daily for 3 weeks now, I won’t tell you I feel like a different person or any of that, but I definitely don’t feel worse. The pill is quite large and daily dose is 2 capsules. I don’t really have issues with pills, so I can take both capsules in same gulp. Taste is very minty and leaves an after taste for a minute , not a fan of this, but I drink a little more water and it’s gone. Overall, getting my daily supplements, not feeling a noticeable difference, but definitely did not have any negative side effects. Best tasting vitamins has a minty aftertaste. Not sure if they help my underlying breath/body issue yet but as a woman taking these pills have helped to clear up my skin in just two weeks and I have more energy

I first purchased Ritual through Amazon after researching multivitamins for a couple weeks and needing to help boost my body's fuel. I'm still looking around for more routes because my diet isn't poor in quality, but quantity. It has supplied that baseline that I was searching for and I've been subscribed to Ritual through their direct website since, but it all started back here in this July order! It has genuinely helped improve my pump & energy, my ability to wake up when the alarm goes off, and overall, my physical ability/daily drive. I'm horrible at taking vitamins as a middle aged guy. These came well recommended, so I gave them a shot. Overall, I'm happy with them and am continuing use. I'd say they are a bit hard to swallow because the casings are quite sticky. The aftertaste is horrible. I keep burping up a raw fish taste. I absolutely hate that. Also, since this is an item that has a more regulated and predictable use, I attempted to set up a monthly subscription with Amazon, which I don't normally do. The problem was, as I reached the end of a month's supply, I noticed I had only 4 pills left, yet a new bottle had not yet arrived. I checked status with Amazon and my next bottle wasn't expected to come for another week...what the heck?? If someone subscribes for a daily-use health item, Amazon should be more on top of ensuring the item is received before the previous bottle runs out. Or notify the buyer that it will be late and not on time. I instead bought my next bottles from Target, who also stocks this stuff. ... show more

Ritual vitamins have really changed my life. I know that sounds drastic for a little multi vitamin, but it has. So pretty much what happened for me, is I was started to get older and feeling old also. I've taken various vitamins for years, got into the whole "vitamins don't even help you" crowd. But I know think it was really the types of vitamins we receive on the market. I got intrigued by Ritual, seeing that it's sourced and it's very basic. It's not loaded like other multi vitamins. And it's using the vitamins that have more science backing. I liked the idea, it just sounds right. So I gave it a try. Granted I also changed my diet up some and fitness routine. But I feel a world different these days compared to before. I was also getting sick pretty frequent before, and now I haven't been since taking ritual. I do believe that if you have a good diet in a perfect world, a multi vitamin probably is a waste for you. But I think the regular adult can't keep up with that on a daily basis, and thus could use this vitamin to supplement them. Research doesn't show that when they knock multi vitamins. They don't take into a account people drinking alcohol or unhealthy meals here and there. ... show more

I usually don't write reviews too often but being that this was $34 and I'm unable to return it, I feel like I owe it to other customers to save some money. I googled best multivitamin and this came highly recommended so I splurged a bit and purchased it. Within the first couple of days of taking it, I noticed that I started to feel worse and experience some stomach discomfort. I also had a very fishy taste in my mouth for the entire day because of the fish oil. One day, I decided to crack one of the gel caps open and the smell of the fish oil was absolutely dreadful.
