I forgot to do a before picture. Before taking these vitamins along with Vitamin K... my nails really grew healthy and strong. I took a picture of my left hand because it grew the most. My right grew also but because it's my dominant hand it took a little longer for my nails to grow.

These definitely help me! I have not had a cold or sore throat for probably 20 years! If I feel a scratchy throat or feel like I may get a cold I just take a bunch of these. I am 84 and still clean house, cook for hired help, do quick-books, and run a business! I have all kinds of energy and have a positive attitude! I just take vitamins and stay away from doctors and live on a ranch-farm. I just stay very active. I am very healthy and just take vitamins!
