I have used it for over 3 years. I have been very happy with it other than the O rings on the wheels will dry out and break. You have to keep the O rings cleaned or the cups will slip and mess up the engraving. Where can I buy replacement O rings for the rotary?

Purchase this OMTech Rotary for my OMTech 50 watt CO2 laser and it will not work as it is too tall. I have received not help from customer service then there is a link you can read! So sad, cause I love Omtech

Works great, but only has one function Other functional parts have to be purchased separately and are super pricey. When I put a cup on it, it does not fit on the OM Tech 60 watt Honeycomb tray. The media could not be loaded. First, I've noticed several bad reviews on this product and wanted to hopefully clear the air. I've used the OMTech Laser here at work for roughly a month now and this was my first attempt at using the Rotary tool and I nailed it. It's not that this four-wheeled rotary is awful. It is that ALL four-wheel rotaries are awful. I went back to a chuck rotary. A chuck can do EVERYTHING this can and more. One just needs to learn and understand all the ways one can use a chuck. If you think all it does is hold things in its jaws, go to YouTube. You have some learning to do. ... show more

I have a 50w Co2 and they said this rotary fits it but it doesn't. It's way too tall for the 50w.
