Potential BUYER BEWARE: Well what turned out to be something I was under the impression wastop quality was a bust. This over priced paper weight stopped functioning after the 4th job. Customer support is as good as asking someone who works at the dollar store for help. American made isn’t what it used to be. Look for a better unit as this one and it’s maker ARE NOT! 1 out 5 stars thanks to the 30day guarantee.

Everything came assembled, they sent the codes for lightburn early so that I could work with the software before receiving the laser. Has a definite learning curve but there are tons of resources online.

Any suggestions on getting the software set up on a PC or even what software should be used?, the Customer Support has been less than helpful to this point.

The machine I bought was a 30w that came with a 175mm lens and I bought this 300mm and I thought I was going to have power loss when engraving bigger objects but it does a foot wide of engraving not as powerful as the 175mm but gets the job done.

I’ve made my money back many times over in a matter of months with this machine. There’s really nothing more capable at this price point without importing straight from china yourself and taking that risk. Do yourself a favor and order the 5xxx chiller right off the bat. The water bucket/ice method is a huge time suck and doesn’t work well.
