This treadmill is efficient enough to get a good workout in when you’re not working outdoors. It’s not that heavy compared to the a gym treadmill. It took my husband about 30 minutes to assemble. So far since I’ve purchased this treadmill it’s working great and I love the feel when walking or running on the board. I’m 5’2 & 118Lbs., and it feels sturdy when running. It’s quite, the auto incline is awesome, to pick up speed is great and love the big screen. Awesome machine for home use, space and foldable if need it. Works well for the price. Didn't take too long to set up with one person. A little noisy. I would recommend if you only want to walk on it. The belt is a little small for my stride. The display portion is too short,I have to look down to see it. I love the incline feature. I didn't like the table that comes with it, I felt like a midget and it was blocking me from walking properly (but I have extremely long legs). It has its drawbacks but I really wanted something for my house to exercise with and since it has the incline option, that helps with getting a workout without having to run or jog. This treadmill wouldn't allow me to jog on it because of my stride. For the price, it's worth it for me. ... show more

This treadmill is great if you’re looking for an indoor workout especially during the winter season. I love that it has the incline also for a good workout. It was superrrrrr easy to put together maybe 25-30 minutes. It’s quiet for the most part. It has a drink holder and a desk to put in front of it. I love the front screen. I had a very expensive treadmill prior to this, so maybe I am biased. To say this is cheap, it is not, it was still overpriced. However, for the basics of a treadmill it gets the job done. My only major complaint is that it does not track miles to the 100th, only to the tenth. So I don't know if 1.5 miles is actually 1.51 or 1.59...meaning there is no quarter mile on this ... show more
