I've slept on it just under a week and so far and the pillow is pretty good. I'm sleeping through the night for the most part and my neck feels well supported whether on my back or side. Because of its odd shape I do remove the pillow when making the bed and its not conducive for sitting up with pillow support behind your back like a normal pillow would be. But once you are ready for sleep the pillow is surprisingly comfortable and very supportive to the neck whether sleeping on your back or side - I have had no difficulty falling asleep on this pillow. I did add a satin case for my hair and skin benefit which limits the accessibility of the arm rest areas, but that hasn't impeded my sleep at all. The extra case also extends the cool temp features of the pillow's case and that works very nicely to keep my temperature comfortable. I'm still waking up with headache, but its early and I am hopeful that this pillow will continue to aid in my overall health. ... show more

I’m posting this detailed review + updates because anything that helps a chronic illness is worth sharing just in case someone else who is struggling might find it useful so with that being said: (TLDR: helps with mild sleep apnea and scoliosis/neck instability greatly 10/10) 6 month update: the pillow is like new still, the case is so easy to clean in the wash. Your body really adjusts to the shape and it does help with neck and spine alignment Update: after a month of borrowing this from my fiancé from time to time, I ended up not being able to sleep without it . BUY IT! I ordered another one so we could both have one because I’ve been using it almost every night. It has helped my neck, back, and jaw pain. I can’t sleep when I don’t use it. This is the ONLY pillow that has trained me to sleep on my back without any issues. My spine is finally in alignment when I wake up and I feel WELL rested FOR ONCE because it pushes the neck just enough to get adequate airflow but not too much to be uncomfortable. I’m absolutely in love with it and my fiancé loves it. A win for both of us with very different issues, I’d definitely say it’s worth the buy, give yourself time to get used to it, you’ll fall in love. So grateful I found this after 2 years of desperately searching for comfort and only like 30$ there was a solution?! No to the 100$ big name brands, YES TO THIS. Oh and to top it off less wrinkles when you sleep on your back, my skin looks less wrinkly and more refreshed in the mornings. Original review: My fiancé and I both have sleep disorders. Mine is unspecified, it’s not sleep apnea. I have chronic cranial issues, spinal issues and jaw issues that cause me to not breathe well in my sleep, I have to sleep upright as well in a reclining bed. My fiancé has very mild sleep apnea and he does snore a lot especially if his head isn’t elevated, however he doesn’t have any neck issues so I didn’t think this pillow would work for him. For me personally the pillow was a bit too firm for my condition, it’s not the most comfortable for your jaw if you have TMJD, especially because I’m on an incline when I sleep. It’s definitely hard to keep the pillow from not slipping when you’re inclined as well. I still don’t know if I like the pillow for myself yet. It takes my body a while to adapt to new beds and pillows because of my chronic pain so I’ll update in a week or two if it worked for someone with spinal issues/TMJD etc. in my case I feel like the pillow would be comfortable if I didn’t have to sleep inclined. It didn’t cost me any discomfort, but it just didn’t also make me comfortable. So that brings me to my fiancé I only bought one pillow to try it and I wasn’t feeling it so I let fiance try it and he slept like a baby. Literally no snoring. He also woke up alot easier and less groggy. He says he sleep feels more restful than ever. He can sleep on his back or his side and either way it prevents the snoring and keeps his neck elongated so he’s getting better airflow. He also isn’t tossing and turning as much!! No more stacking standard pillows just this pillow on it’s own is a life saver for him and I didn’t think it work for him because he doesn’t have any neck problems but if I had known I would’ve bought this ages ago for him!!! It’s a miracle for him! So although I’m not sure if this works for everyone specifically with neck pain as it’s advertised (for now at least until I give it time) it REALLY WORKS for people who snore/ have very mild sleep apnea at least in our case! If I try it again and like it I’ll definitely purchase my own and I’ll be sure to update review. The price is also amazing, his 90$ pillow didn’t work nearly as well as this 30$ pillow.     • Wonderful shape, but too low!

I love the shape of this pillow and the way that it feels on my neck, but it's too low/doesn't raise my head up high enough. When I first received the pillow and took it out of its packaging I actually laughed because the pillow was so flat. (The photos make it look so much higher, but I've realized now that the photos have the pillow elevated up in the back!) I had hoped that the pillow would expand after being out of the package awhile, but it did not. The pillow itself is really comfortable - it just doesn't raise my head up high enough from the bed for my liking. I've tried putting a pillow underneath, but it was too high. The flatness of the pillow also means that it does not fill up a standard-sized pillowcase, which means that my pillowcase is always bunching up and/or sliding off. Please make a higher version of this pillow, or an insert to add inside!! ... show more

This pillow really has helped with my neck pain. Great for side sleeping and on your back. It has been great to wake up feeling rested and refreshed in the morning. It is firm but not hard and gives where it should. I would recommend this for anyone with neck pain.
