I have trouble sleeping and have tried the regular melatonine and a couple of other sleeping pills and they didnt work for me the way I had hoped. Some of them would knock my arse out for a whole day, while the others would give me creepy weird dreams. These ones work great! I work warehouse, 10+ hour days and my day starts early. I cant take anything that will leave me groggy in the morning at all. I take one of these as Im headed to bed or just a few minutes before, and it kicks in after I go to bed. It knocks me out pretty quick. It does not give you a "sleep through anything" kind of sleep, it just helps you get to sleep. Its not so strong that if you take it and change your mind about going to bed, your screwed. If you forgot something you had to do before going to bed, theres a good chance you can ignore it unless it hits you harder then it does myself. I take one of these with half of the regular sleep ones at around 8:30pm and am out by 9:30, and have no problem waking at 5:30am before my alarm goes off. Even on 6 hours of sleep (or marginally less), this gummy has not led to drowsiness in the morning. Also, without fail, I can get to sleep in a reasonable time frame. As someone who, without the aid of some form of self-medication, will lay awake riddled with anxiety, etc., for hours, this is an absolute blessing. I use this every night to help me sleep. I love the fact that is a more natural sleep aid. It usually takes about 15 to 30 minutes to start feeling the calm but it definitely helps. Would highly recommend.
