I am very happy with it. I’ve been using it about a month on my shoulder length VERY thick hair and it works perfectly. It dries my hair quickly but doesn’t leave it feeling like straw. In fact one of my coworkers asked if I was doing something different with my hair because it looked so nice. Another advantage is the cord length. I've needed a new hair dryer for years, read tons of reviews...finally asked my hair dresser the make of her salon hair dryer and she told me it was this brand. Expensive but worth the price. Nice and light to hold and super fast drying time! Highly recommend!

Upon using this hairdryer for the first time, I found that I needed to concentrate the airflow/heat. When I attached each of the concentrator nozzles, they were clearly not the correct size (too big) and fell right off the hairdryer. I would expect that a hairdryer at this price point would come with the appropriate size attachments. It seems that quality control was lacking yet the company continued to package attachments that didn't fit. I will be returning this item. ... show more
