The media could not be loaded. This off road bike is a big hit with a surprise for my young ones. They are super happy to have it so far. Color is matching to their scooters, bicycles, skateboards etc. That is one reason it matched and they accepted it so quickly. The controls were good enough to learn quickly too even for my toddler. The front tire needed mounting and it was ok and no time taking DIY. Battery timing is good enough that lasts for the fun. The Keys give them a sense of possession and happiness. Overall a nice buy. I got this due to the speed and finish. It’s not too fast to be scary for your child, or parents watching the child, but is just fast enough to be fun. The throttle is very smooth and does not jerk forward as you would expect electric items this price to do. The assembly process was very simple to follow, and easy to adjust. My only issues were it did not have a kickstand, and seems a bit short for the age group that would mostly use this(5-7), but maybe my children are just not as far ahead in their balance as other children.     • An ideal first ebike for a 3 to 6 year old.

I got the Olala 12" tire dirt bike for my grandson's 4th birthday. It is just the right size for him as he is used to riding a 12" balance bike. I was very impressed with the bike right out of the box. It is well packaged and totally protected with foam zip tied in all places that could get scratched. Assembly went smoothly except for getting the front axle in the tire. It was essentially a press fit so it required tapping in with a hammer. When doing this it is necessary to tap on a nut on the axle rather than the end of the axle alone or the threads could be damaged. In reality the axle should be already pressed into front tire assembly which would make assembly much easier. I can imagine some returning the bike saying that the front axle doesn't fit the bearing. You don't want the axle too loose or it would rotate inside the bearing. Other than that everything went smoothly. The battery was partially charged and a complete charge was attained in a short while. The bike comes with several pages of decals to allow the owner to customize the front name plate as they choose. The battery is removable but charging is easily done with the battery in place. The description claims a nine mile range with the 24 volt battery. Since my grandson will be riding it around the yard that should be plenty. The battery is lockable in the bike just as our full scale ebike batteries. The bike is not cheap but it is reasonable for the quality of the bike. Despite the front axle issue I would still give it a 5 star rating based on the overall quality and value for the price. ... show more

This little dirt bike keeps up with my electric scooter that was going 27mph around the neighborhood. The speed is a lot faster than what I thought it would be. Now, the size is A LOT smaller than what I envisioned, but the kids still enjoy! Great value for the money, and easy to assemble. The performance exceeds my expectations. Depending on your child I do not believe it’s suitable for a 3 year old with the amount of speed it puts out. ... show more

This is a great electric bike for little kids. Good quality. The assembly process seemed a bit overwhelming to me so I paid my son (who is very good mechanically) to assemble it and he said it wasn't a problem at all. The battery does not take very long to charge and I really like the fact you don't have to remove it to charge it. My grandaughter rode it for about 30 minutes the other day and the battery didn't run out of power. Overall, this is definitely a quality product. In terms of safety? Make sure your child wears a helmet. It goes fast enough to be fun but not so fast that I'd consider it to be anymore dangerous than a regular bike. ... show more
