This is a nice comfortable IMITATION LEATHER chair. A "leather" chair that doesn't contain any leather is not a leather chair any more than crab salad that contains only imitation crab is a crab salad. While this IMITATION LEATHER chair is comfortable, feels sturdy and is worth the price it will not last as long as the similarly priced real leather chair that it is replacing. Probably going to be the most honest review of a product that's as 50/50 as it comes. I'll try and keep it brief though. What do I like about the chair? Looks are 10/10, I love the aesthetic. Has a nice soft leather feel to it. The headrest is very plush and soft. The whole backrest of the chair, in general, is fine in my opinion. The price is great and what you get for the price is honestly not bad. The downsides though? The bottom cushion is a bit. Off. Not that it's bad, but maybe something I'd have to get used to. feels a bit weird and it cradles in a weird way, and the cushion might be a little too soft or maybe just not thick enough because I can feel the bottom of the cushion pretty easily just from the first ever sit down. Makes me think this chair would only have about a year's use before the cushions completely done for. If that were only it, this wouldn't be a deal breaker but, The armrests? That's where I was like nope. Gotta return this. I'm a fairly larger guy, on the younger side and fairly fit but big in frame, sitting at just over 6'1 with about 220lbs on me. These armrests absolutely dig into my thighs. I have to keep my legs absolutely straight if I don't want them to cut into me. Because of this large over the top loop they have as the armrests, it makes it impossible to get comfortable. Only took me about 5 minutes before I realized, nope this isn't going to work. Also how it's built, the armrests cannot come off either, otherwise, you lose the back of the chair. I'm standing about 90% of the day at work, so when I come home I want something nice and comfortable to sit at. This just ain't it. I personally wouldn't recommend this product unless you're a small frame of like 5'8 or under. I've seen chairs that resolve the armrest issue as well with a similar design by making the loop smaller and justs creating an extension out for the armrests to sit. They really need to fix this though. Hopefully, the next iteration of the chair will incorporate this in mind, I do not understand how this got past the design team though. Sad because for the price, this chair really would have been an awesome buy and if it lasted, my daily driver for the next few years since the last one finally died after 8 years. TLDR; Pros: -Look and Design -The soft leather feels nice -Back and head cushion -Height adjust range -Price Cons: -ARMRESTS!!! (Cut/Dig into your thighs) -Not good for tall/larger people -No tilt lock options. Very comfortable chair. Easy to put together. I love the look, not all neon and weird like most gaming chairs. I had an issue (and some of the reviews on here stated same thing), that chair would not tilt and forced you to sit straight up. I emailed the company and they got back in a few days and linked a video on how to tilt. Just pull the height lever out and you can recline. Push it back in and it's locked forward. 100% happy with this. ... show more

The chair is designed for much shorter people. Reclining, what there is of it , just terrible. It hurts my lower back, really bad. The seat is NOT long enough to give any leg support. Terrible for the money. Now, have to spend hours repacking the damn thing and hauling it to UPS. EDIT: Amazon picked up chair, just in one day. They have already refunded my money. Three weeks in and I have to say this chair is great. It's really comfortable I can sit for hours at a time and be extremely comfortable! The materials feel and look of very high quality. I strongly recommend this chair for the comfort, quality and price. My chair still feels great even after more than a year has passed since getting it. It still looks great too no tears or any physical damage. I even bought another one because my brothers old chair after less than 6 months of use was already ripping and uncomfortable. 6 stars out of 5 ... show more

So my old office chair was killing my lower back, after much reading I ordered this one. It came this morning and it took me about 20 minutes to assemble it. Prior to assembly I inspected it and found no blemishes or missing parts. I have only sat in it about 3 hours but so far find it very comfortable. The arms are a bit too tall to go under my desk but it sits close enough that it isn't an issue as I sit back a ways from my 27" monitor. The quality of the material seems good, and the stitching is uniform and even. Lumbar support is just about perfect for my 6'2" frame, but I am only 185lbs so not sure how it would work for someone stouter. Packing was excellent with individual parts protected by bubble wrap and cardboard dividers, not one scratch was found on the hardware. Allen wrench provided for assembly and extra screws and cap provided. All in all a good purchase, especially for $150 ... show more

When purchasing this chair, you have to keep in mind the price bracket you are in. Do not expect a space age memory foam zero gravity experience here. This chair is perfectly adequate for 6-8 hours of use a day. Contrary to some reviews, the chair does lean back although it does take some effort and it does not lock back. The only adjustments offered are up/down and recline lock (by pushing in on the height adjustment handle. For what it is, the chair is very comfortable and I have no problem spending a long time sitting in it. The only thing I would like is the ability to lock it in the recline position; but then, this is a sub $150 chair so not having that option is expected. My office has low pile carpet and I did not like the plastic casters so I did upgrade them to a more smooth caster (think roller blade wheels on swivels) and I love it. I am fairly short at 5' 6" but find this chair just right for me. The headrest is at just the right height to be functional and the seat is perfect. ... show more
