Worked flawlessly on a 99 accord, rusted wheel hub and bearing came out like nobody's business. Product instruction material was very clear on how to properly use tool, and straightforward. Tool construction felt pretty beefy, unlike others I've used (suppose u get wat u pay for). One thing is clear, don't use an impact as the thrust bearing will fail sooner than intended, bearing is probably not rated for that kind of abuse. (Although, u can and could work, but manual says not to per manufacturer instructions). Hub extraction: Was super easy, the need for swearing wasn't required or needed, nothing but joy. Bearing extraction: The key here is to ensure when using this tool, take ur time in lining it up straight and level before u start cranking on it (be patient, it'll be worth it). This is the part that took some learning, having to use the horseshoe adapters (d,e or f). It definitely helped in providing a solid backing for the tool to rest on the knuckle and align it for bearing extraction. Used a 3ft breaker bar attached to socket, once u break the initial contact and hear the popping sound as the bearing comes out, u can switch to a 1/2in ratchet and you're home free from there (literally 10 minutes) out it went. Looking back the hardest part was removing that darn C-clip, was rusted in there purty good. On a side note I did try tool with an impact, and it worked pretty darn well. Just know that continued use in this way will surely end up replacing thrust bearing sooner than expected. ... show more

This tool set was great. I used it to pull the hubs and replace the 40mm x 40mm x 80mm rear wheel bearings on 1980 Porsche 911SC. Instruction manual was clear and easy to use. Much less expensive than the full SIR Tool Kit and the reduced SIR Tool kit specific to Porsche 911 that that I was considering on Pelican Parts. The instruction manual was written well and I didn't have issues like others reported. I uploaded a photo/table with the measurements converted to metric to in case that helps you decide if this kit is right for your application. My thanks goes out to the other buyers who posted good reviews and gave me the confidence to invest in this tool kit. No regrets. ... show more

This tool is a real time saver. Have replaced wheel bearings for many years as i am a professional tech and have always used a press in the past. Just replaced both front bearings on a 2008 Scion XD that had plenty of rust as i'm in the northeast. It was a breeze. This tool works! Its well designed and well built. I removed some outer races from the knuckles off of a Subaru for my local tool truck guy. He was so impressed that he wrote down the tool number before he left my shop. "Hee hee". I only gave this tool 4 stars for 1 reason and 1 reason only. I suggest that if someone wants their front wheel bearings replaced on a 2006 Toyota Tundra... DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS TOOL! It was the first real hard use of the tool and it bent the thick crossbar of the main tool body, destroyed the bearing, the threaded shaft twisted and bent and 2 of the cones became concave on 1 side and convex on the other. Not knocking the tool because it was replaced at no cost but I will price new knuckles, hubs and bearings if another Tundra shows up at my shop with worn front wheel bearings. This tool is definitely a time saver and the self centering design is absolutely amazing! Thanks OEM Tools! You definitely produce impressive quality at a great price! ... show more

Wow. Just wow. I work in a shop and I have at my disposal a large press, a full set of old school impact style wheel bearing press tools and whatever hammers and pieces of lumber one might need to get the job done. Then I loaned my press to a fellow mechanic and he ruined the threads and refused to replace it. As you can imagine, this did not go well for him, but I digress. I had to buy a new impact style press and jumped to Amazon to see what I would have to fork out. I stumbled on this OEM set and read reviews. I watched the videos and then checked out more videos on YouTube. I decided to give it a go and see what happened. I purchased this set and almost immediately upon arriving, I landed a wheel bearing job on a very rusty Chevy. That bearing looked like it was going to be a huge pain to get out, but I muddled my way through the directions until everything began to make sense. I assembled the necessary components and to my amazement, it smoothly pulled out the hub. A moment later, I reconfigured and it smoothly pulled out the bearing. My impact hardly broke a sweat. A few minutes later, I reconfigured the set once more and without any effort, centered the bearing in the knuckle, and pressed it right in. One more part swap later and the hub was in, as well. All in all, the process took about 30 minutes, with the knuckle still attached to the vehicle, including reading directions. I have never used anything so smooth, and well built to so quickly do this job. For a mechanic on flag time, this tool is a must! ... show more

I have used this type of press in quite a few shops and I work as a pro auto tech, ASE master. This is the one I like and so I bought one for myself. With a little care it will last for years and years, of course if you really try you can screw it up your first time using it. The bearing for the forcing screw that it comes with is crap and I destroyed it on the second car. I found another much better bearing on amazon for 9 bucks and it is super heavy duty and fits the kit perfectly. NICE BALL BEARING 608VBF53 It has a 7/8 ID and can handle being up against any of the pieces in the kit. Your welcome. ... show more

This is a super tool to use on bearings that are difficult to remove on wheels. It came complete with all the pieces marked with different capitol letters. Material seems well solid and lubricated. Watch your feets if you works in flip flops!! I mean, the box full weighs "one ton". If you know what you are doing and work patiently, you can remove and mount any bearings with it. ... show more

My only complaint is that they used other versions of the songs. Personally I bought this album specifically to remember the first version of "Blame it On the rain" which was the best and most memorable of them and it turns out that is not the original, also I don't like it because it has many rock guitar tones that make it lose the magic touch of the keyboards. That's why I give 4 stars. If it had the old and first original songs that came out on market, it would be an absolute six stars
