I have large legs to begin with, but I also have lymphedema. Finding a knee brace that would fit me was a task I'd undertaken and not had any luck with so far. But I needed knee braces because I also have osteoarthritis, my knees are bone on bone and my kneecaps are prone to slip and slide a lot, making it hard for me to walk without fear of falling. My doctor told me good braces would help keep the kneecap in place, so I set about trying to find some. But every time I read measurements, I left disappointed because I knew they wouldn't fit me. I thought I was just destined to have to learn to live with knees that went sideways while I was going forward, but then I happened to find these. After reading the measurements, I decided to take a chance on these. Finally, I have relief!! These fit comfortably without biting into my legs at all! They're easy to get on and easy to get adjusted (though I have my husband do that because my shoulders are also bone on bone and I don't have the upper arm strength to pull the straps tight enough for my comfort). They're very comfortable, they don't roll or slip when I'm walking and I can wear them all day without issues! If they get dirty, I just toss them in a sink full of soapy water, then rinse them well and hang them from the shower curtain to dry without any problems! If you're looking for a larger brace for larger legs and have found these and are reading this review, I highly recommend these! So glad I found this on Amazon and was able to get it delivered so quickly. Definitely a game changer for my mobility needs. The fit is customizable with the straps and I definitely recommend going up a size or so more than you think you'll need based on measurements. Found this out the hard way with a previous brace that was SUPER expensive. I'm an XL to XXL (depending on clothes size) and had to order a 5x/6x size for this to fit around my thigh which only measures at 24-25 inches. The knee portion isn't super snug fitting, but it's better than only the bandage wrap I had before. Hopefully this will hold up until I see an orthopedic doctor. ... show more

I have to wear a brace everyday because of unrepairable meniscus tear. This company so far, has the best braces that actually stay up.. I have tried several brands and even several of this brand but this one. So far, is the best. I do highly recommend this one and here’s why: What is helpful is the plus size of course, but two factors are great. 1. This has four steps! Two wide,” at top and bottom and two thinner ones at center. The four straps combo really adds in the stability. 2. The longer length of 11 in is the best added feature for a secured grip on the thigh. After I did my measurements and reading a few reviews, I decided to try two sizes above my measurements and it was a purrfect fit for me. I waited for a period of wearing time before I wrote this review so, cat hair is not included with your purchase lmao! :-) The brace has not loosened or slid down with daily, all day wear. This is important for me and safety in my walking as I wear a Bledsoe brace on my opposite leg. Other braces have worn out in the Velcro department so I’m hoping this won’t happened here but I will update the length of time it lasts should and when that happens. I do have one recommendation for the manufacturer and that is for one of the larger straps to be longer on the thigh side for a more complete wrap on the thigh. This may result in a left and right version I suppose. ... show more

Looks nothing like the picture from what you ordered it's very thin supposed to be five to six xl but does not really fit that good and I ordered a 4Xl it fits it's just a little tight so I thought if I go up a size or two it would fit better it didn't not the best price for this product my other one was cheaper and seems much better it's just a little tight not a good product I'm sorry ... show more

I guess its good. i was super glad to find one for my large thigh (29" circumference) and calf (21")- it's a little big (folds) but velcro straps keep it snug... and the sleeve-style just roll down after taking two steps

Its ok I got it tight but soon as I get up and start moving I am constantly tugging on it to keep it from sliding down.....I tried on skin and on my pants no matter what it slides down when moving
