    • Finally, a knee brace I can use!!

I have large legs to begin with, but I also have lymphedema. Finding a knee brace that would fit me was a task I'd undertaken and not had any luck with so far. But I needed knee braces because I also have osteoarthritis, my knees are bone on bone and my kneecaps are prone to slip and slide a lot, making it hard for me to walk without fear of falling. My doctor told me good braces would help keep the kneecap in place, so I set about trying to find some. But every time I read measurements, I left disappointed because I knew they wouldn't fit me. I thought I was just destined to have to learn to live with knees that went sideways while I was going forward, but then I happened to find these. After reading the measurements, I decided to take a chance on these. Finally, I have relief!! These fit comfortably without biting into my legs at all! They're easy to get on and easy to get adjusted (though I have my husband do that because my shoulders are also bone on bone and I don't have the upper arm strength to pull the straps tight enough for my comfort). They're very comfortable, they don't roll or slip when I'm walking and I can wear them all day without issues! If they get dirty, I just toss them in a sink full of soapy water, then rinse them well and hang them from the shower curtain to dry without any problems! If you're looking for a larger brace for larger legs and have found these and are reading this review, I highly recommend these! I don't think you'll be disappointed and I think the relief you get will be wonderful! ... show more

Perhaps it's just my chubby knee, but regardless of how tight I made this, it fell down when I stood up. Not helpful for my knee which I'm having surgery on in a few months.

I all but gave up the search for a knee brace to fit my thight above the knee and I am not that fat!!! I am short. I don't have stick legs, sorry. True to size, this saved me. It stayed put, was comfortable, made me feel secure, could adjust easily when I had to change from tighter when I was walking to looser when at rest. Love this knee brace. I’m a big person and have big thighs. I got a 5x-6x to make sure it fit. All my other knees braces roll down. Not this one. It is awesome. I weigh 250 and I could have got the 3x-4x and it still would been fine. I highly suggest this for big thighs.
