It should be pointed out that this is not memory foam; in other words, when you press your hand into it, it immediately returns to its original shape as soon as weight is lifted, unlike memory foam which is denser and keeps the shape of whatever was on it and slowly returns to its original shape. I did not want memory foam, which is my personal preference. I don’t like the “sinking” marshmallow type feeling. I prefer soft, cushion-type support, which this gives and very well I might add! I was nervous about quality due to its price but I am happy to report that it’s cushy and comfy. I use this as a topper at work which has beds that are extremely hard memory foam. These work well for the “big guys”, but they are not comfortable for people under 140 lbs. I put this topper on and and it’s absolutely perfect. I can sleep on my side at work now and it doesn’t feel like I’m laying on a rug on a cement floor any longer. Not waking up with hip pain, arms that have fallen asleep and shoulder pain is wonderful. ... show more
