This topper arrived in a timely manor and i am very pleased with it. Sadly i forgot to take pictures of it before i put my sheets back over it. As soon as i cut the vacuum sealed package open the topper immediately started inflating to a thicker and more plush size. It was so satisfying and I was super excited. I left the pillow topper out to expand for 24 hours before putting it onto my bed. I did not wash it because i wanted it to remain plush. How ever if yours doesn’t expand after opening, throwing it into the dryer for about 30 minutes should help with that. Thankfully i did not have to do so with mine. This topper is very comfortable and adds the softness that my bed desperately needed. I am extremely happy with this product and i highly recommend it to anyone whose mattress needs a little more comfort. It is definitely worth the price. The only negative thing that i have to say about it is that it did not inflate to the thickness shown in the description photos. The description says that it’s 3 inches thick but it is probably only 1 1/2 inches thick if that... It is still very comfortable and adds so much more softness and comfort to my mattress. I am still very happy and pleased with it despite not being as thick as the description claims. Like i said before, i would definitely recommend this topper and if i were to ever need another one i would buy this one again! ... show more

I wouldn't suggest washing it if you don't have to, at least not in a machine (wash advisory may advise against that anyway, didn't bother to read it) as mine started to rip, but I honestly live it. It's super soft, easy to put on the bed, and stays on the bed.

I was so ready for a cool night sleep absolutely comfortable but very very hot. Has nowhere near cooling I sleep with a ceiling fan standing fan and my AC and still wake up sweating so it’s a lie be very cautious outside of that very comfortable but the cooling part don’t fall for it not true.

Edit: this seller has been a dream to work with!!!! I received a replacement and the replacement is wonderful. It's just as described by the seller and other 5 stars reviewers. I'm very pleased. Also seller said I can keep the first one. AND they refunded me the full amount. I'm very very pleased. Not only with this new topper but the excellent customer service! I will gladly purchase from this seller again in the future. This picture was taken the day I got the topper. Kinda fluffed up and nice. Then it Flatted out after a night. My mattress feels the same as it did prior to getting this topper. Stuff hard and uncomfortable. My mattress is only 2 years old but I bought a firm mattress as I was really broke at the time and could not afford a pillow top or comfortable mattress. I was really hoping that this topper lived up to the reviews and advertising. It. Did. Not. I wish I could contact the seller for a refund to be honest. Or replacement? I'm just not understanding how it never fully fluffed up even after 24 hours and how flat it is. I've had this thing less than a week. Not worth 74$ at all. I'm disappointed.
