**Update: The return processes was painless. ** I was so excited to receive my package, only to be disappointed. Here's the deal... Unboxing was great, I was impressed at first - however that soon went down hill. I washed the pillows following the directions. Threw them in the dryer and was impressed to see them fluff. Once they were dry I was attempting to put the second pillow case back on them when I noticed something inside the pillow. I started digging around and found pieces of cardboard, and pieces of foam that appeared to have mold on them. I dumped the foam in a tote to get a better look and I was disgusted... Trash, trash and more TRASH!! I found plastic, hair, rubber and cardboard inside the pillows. I will be returning my order. Buyers beware! ... show more

I previously got a similar pillow from a different manufacturer (Coop), and loved it so much I thought I’d get another. But this time I skimped and thought the cheaper one (this one) would be just as good. I was wrong. The memory foam is chunky inside this pillow, and not very comfortable. Pricier brands are pricier for a reason - they have a softer pillowcase, and softer, more finely shredded memory foam. Go with the coop, or similar. Update - people from this company have now been emailing me every day for the last two weeks asking me to take down my review, offering me an amazon gift card if I remove the review, and telling me they will lose their jobs if I don't delete this review. They first told me they've improved the quality of the pillows. I asked them to send me an updated product so I could update my review. But they can't do that, because they didn't actually improve the quality. This is ridiculous. ... show more

UPDATE!! I was contacted by Customer Service, two months later (Because of my review), and believed or not, instead of offering apologies and send an additional bag of filling, which was my concern, they asked me to ERASE my review and offered money (10 and then 20$) for this action. I presume that many BAD reviews about this product disappeared because of this practice and should be forbidden by amazon.com. Previous review: This product as advertised is a king size shredded memory foam pillow, however the filling isn’t enough to fit its size, I took the filling and was able to fill a queen size pillow! Long story short, not enough support to your neck if you use it as it comes… The seller should include additional filling so customers can decide what is the right firmness for them. ... show more

My favorite pillows are the ones that are made for Choice hotels (the soft, green label ones). They only come standard sized, so when I recently bought a king-sized bed, I needed to find some new pillows (as much as I love the Choice hotel pillows, I didn't want to put 8 pillows on the bed, haha). Anyway, when i received these shredded memory foam pillows, I unrolled them, mushed around the shredded memory foam, and then let them sit for a few days. I didn't put the zippered cover on yet. After sitting out a few days, the new memory foam smell was gone, so I was able to put on the zipped covers and then the pillow cases etc. I absolutely love these pillows. Super comfy, and I can mash/move around the memory foam to whichever way I'm sleeping (I'm both a side and back sleeper). The price point is great, and overall, I'm pretty pleased with them for the last few weeks that I've been using them. As far as how long they'll last (I remember reading someone saying they only last 3 years), it's good to get new pillows ever few years anyway because they wear out. I'd buy these again, and I definitely recommend them. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was excited to see this box at my house. I tried this pillow at my daughter's house & loved it! At her house, I took out pieces of memory foam so I could adjust to my needs. Then, I opened the box, took the pillow out only to unzip the outside case & find out there was NO ZIPPER on the pillow case with the memory foam!! NO WAY TO REMOVE THE PIECES OF MEMORY FOAM! It was seamed, closed all the way around the pillow. It was Useless & NOT AS DESCRIBED! It WASN'T ADJUSTABLE WHATSOEVER! Amazon was contacted & they helped me! I hope if you order this & what happened to me happens to you, you contact Amazon & let them know too! It's a very disceptive way to operate your business. I gave this pillow review a 1, would have given it a 0 if Amazon made 0 possible. ... show more

Why I’ve never cared about Pillows? I was just settling on any pillow my parents gave me so I’ve never bought one until now. The pillow I had was getting worst where I had to adjust to the pillow so my had doesn’t slide to the left or right. My wife? She doesn’t sleep on pillows but I’ve bought 2 of these and I couldn’t believe that I was going to sleep without waking up on the middle of the night. My wife even love it too. She’s now sleeping on these pillows. No matter how big is your bed: queen or king.... I will recommend the king side.. trust me. You will appreciate it. ... show more
