31 year old. Black male. I work 5 days a week 12 hour shifts. Tow truck operator. I still go to the gym or exercise at least 3 days a week. For at least an hour. This product works well. I like the brand. Take before exercise or work. Just take the vitamins as instructed. You'll feel better blood flow, rest well, have balanced energy and better recovery. I also drink a lot of water. Eat decent. You don't have to go all out on a strict diet. They help if you're very active. And if you're already good in bed. This is like giving Robocop extra ammo. So yes you'll see improvement there regardless of who you are. Cardio improvements are noticeable. So I mine as well get the other vitamins with this brand. I highly recommend this particular product. I take 2 capsles 45min before workout. Gives you a really good pump in gym, on top of that more ernergy. For the Men: you'll like this product for other obvious reasons aswell. I stack this with maca root and L-Arganine and turns me into hulk in the bedroom. I am going to increase that to four (4) capsules a day as recommended for optimum sexual function, two in the morning and two before bed time. Two was only half (1/2) the suggested dosage but I still got great results. I use this along with Pycnogenol (the one I use is: https://amzn.to/2OskQWg because the pills are smaller and it's just as potent as the other brands with larger pills and more filler) to help with Propecia (Finasteride) induced ED. The two of these together allow me to function at 80 to 90%. It can take a few weeks of the regular dose of each, to see results, so don't be discouraged if it takes awhile. Blood Pressure - a problem for many many people. Most take a prescription drug from their doctor = mine said "Lose weight" ( I am 20 lbs over my optimum weight). Doctor and/or hospital visits made my numbers climb higher & higher, fear of failing. For almost three years my long-standing chiropractor suggested Citrulline as a natural fix. I don’t do any reviews based on anybody’s hype…manufacturer or other BS “but wait, there’s MORE” type BS. A good runner friend of mine recommended this exact product. Like me, he’s over 50 - (I’m over 60 and athletic shape )his lifestyle is vegan with a little fish now and then, he’s a serious runner and biker and all about health to stay and feel younger. Just one comment from him, “Since I started taking 2 capsules of L-Citrulline, Workout performance enhancement is real.” We trust each other’s health tips since we don’t do “hype” so I tried ONE capsule ( 1-2 is recommended) before a bi-weekly personal trainer workout which includes significant weight training. For me, with light food in my stomach, It takes about an hour to kick in ( I had a light protein breakfast w/ coffee). Got to the gym and feeling ready. I was performing my first exercise-a set of free-weight bench presses and felt a little fatigue on a significant weight increase since my last lifts 3 days before. This is real and not hype…my second set, the L-Citrulline kicked in and the fatigue was gone and replaced by increased stamina to cleanly Handle the higher weights as if I had been doing them regularly ( I was doing 3 sets of 95#/10 reps. 10 became easyily more powerful and next set I increased weights to 105#. More of a challenge but STAMINA from L-Citrulline ( 1 cap)took away the end of rep fatigue. Our results are real ... show more

I'm typically a doubter about supplements, but I've been pleased with this one. I take one capsule about 20-30 minutes before my workout and find that I have a much better workout. I feel I'm able to have a more intense session with little to no soreness afterwards.
